When I defeat the Sloth Demon in the dream world and speak with the mage about getting the artifact off of his body, the game freezes when trying to load the next area. It has done it 4 times while connected to the internet and when I disable my network adapter, and defeat the Sloth demon it just dumps me out to the main PS3 screen. What is the problem?

I tried once again this evening and went to a different location in the dream world and created 4 new save files to force the save to a new location on the hard drive.  Defeat the Sloth Demon, talk to the mage, load the next world.... Frozen.  This is simply pathetic.

ETA, this is on a PS3
