If you gain this mission after completing the game the data pads you are to collect will not spawn.
It may be possible this occurs due to having resolved the Aria (omega ruler) overthrow story line.
but either way this blocks this mission of being completable.

The problem with packages for Ish has long been known, even before patch 1.01.
But it is not corrected, may patches correct, for somebody, more important the problem.
It seems to me: I have not experienced any of the problems that fix patches 1.01 and 1.02.
This is not the only problem with the journal tasks.
For example: Javelin Missiles - in the journal recorded the opposite result.
How do you think in patch 1.03, these problems will be solved?
And how long this wait?
