My Dragon Age Avatar and Portrait are not showing...the seem to be missing: by opening the links to the images, it gives me 404 Not Found

On the Profile Diagnostics page it gives me 1002 and 1002 code errors, so the images seem to be missing on the on-line storage server too, but the rest is showing up correctly and is instantly updated. This has been happening since I signed up, now I should have waited a cnosiderable time for it to update...

What should I do now?

Hmm, same again! Maybe it could be the ports?
