I believed to have finished all treaties. I dealt with the werewolves.
I kill the sloth demon in the circle, and I elected a new king in
Orzamar. When I try and talk to Arl Eamon he says I still need to
recruit more allies. Looking in my current quests under the blight tab
I see "The Arl of Redcliffe", "Nature of the Beast" and "Gather the
Army". I think I may have glitched during the nature of the beast
because I managed to get Zathian's staff killing him in the ruins. I
killed him with my mage:wizard: after I talked to the lady of the forest but
before I talked to him in the ruins for teh forst time. I looted his body and went back to the dalish
elves and there he was. In the nature of the beast section of current
quests it says: "Witherfang's heart has cured the elves. No traces of
the werewolf curse remain". I can't find Zathrian in the camp. I am
around 39 hours into the game and restarting is a last resort. Can you
help me?

The root of the problem is at least 15+ saves back. I have one save file per character
