Hello I am beginner in a modding with toolset (sorry for my english I am franch I hope you understand me) I would like create new hair for my elve female but I need help if it's possible to tooset create a mods or I need install 3DSMAX.

New hair shapes can not be made in the toolset. 3dsmax will do, and gmax as well. Im not sure if other support hair yet thou but thas what u need.

You can also use Blender. That is what pretty much all released hair mods up until now have used.
