I'll be glad when this comes out. I've been stomping about with a steel jo staff at all hours of the night and I'm about spent. It's amazing how delicate you can be with one of those.. heheh.. A few grooves here, a notch there..

Can we get confirmation if vigilance/sentinel is being considered for this patch, cos it's really getting on my ****** that some people keep bringing it up time and again, even when there are more important fixes needed.

Simple yes or no would be nice, just to put an end to it.

They can't say what bugs they are working on; otherwise it would raise false hopes of those fixes being in the patch. They can only confirm what is definitely to be included in the patch.

Personally, I don't see what the big deal is about the appearance of the Vigilence sword. It still cuts down darkspawn, does it not? Regardless of what it LOOKS like.

Missing Sentinel armour pieces?? Who cares? There's other armor aplenty in the game.

Zy, you're making my point here. It's purely a graphical glitch, but it gets brought up all the time. By now BW are aware of this issue now, but still we get the same faces going on and on about it.

I'm just hoping that someone could say that they are considering looking at it (or not) so I don't end up reading the same post every second page on every patch thread.

I think there may be a bug with the Landsmeet. Basically, those who want to win without Anora's support get a crapshoot. I've found one consistent Landsmeet setup that will produce a win without Arnora's support. However, there is one potential difference that will produce a loss, even though it seems it shouldn't.

Here's my findings: http://social.biowar...42218/2#2981261

Basically, I think that choosing to bring up the Slave Papers during the second dialog round doesn't properly add a +1 to your side, whereas bringing up Howe Torture does.

You operate under the assumption that saying "Yes/No" would somehow end the ****ing. If they say "yes" folks will complain they should be focusing on "gamebreakers" instead of cosmetics. If they say "No" the folks currently crying about cosmetic fixes will cry even louder.

This makes sense to me, since the humans are largely prejudiced against elves and have no sympathy for their status. My human PC, for instance, didn't even have the same options open to him to talk to the elf family in Lothering that my dwarf PC had.

Maybe I'm just an optimist, or perhaps I temporarily forgot the internet's effect on people.

I want to see fixed the random crashes to desktop every few hours of gameplay (occured mostly during combat).
Also i'd like the bug where random number of codex entries appear in codex when am imported character is used to play DA Awakening fixed (for example 13/80 items, 33/100 creatures, 66/180 culture and history entries etc. Edit:
I mean the maximum number of entries in each category is random and incorrect.

We all want everything now and it will never work that way.Make complaining harder and people would not do it so much.Make people put effort and we wouls hear a lot less complaints.Right now it is too easy.So as long as things are not perfect there will always be complaints.
Just gotta adapt our thinking to how things are now.But of course as always i could be wrong.

bugged and MUCH to powerful.. it even outweighs all the ridiculously overpowered items in Awakening... Origins was SO mega nice with only a few items powerful... and Awakening ist just too exaggerated in terms of items.

They should releases a Public Beta to volunteers first just to see if it can fix some basic stuff like crashes and bad saved games and find out,If it got any glitches like 1.03. Any idea why they don't?

Since the consoles are closed, any such patches would have to go through the same certification process to be made available on them as a normal patch would; PC users haven't, to my knowledge, had some of the issues that are reported to be fixes so our feedback wouldn't help determine if those issues are fixed.

Maybe we could with a little incentive. Some more information? A release date? A rough estimate maybe? No, oh well. It was worth a shot.

I've noticed this in the Human & Dwarf Noble storylines also:

In the Human Noble storyline you get to sleep with either Iona or Dairren, but there's no animation for it; just one of them getting killed as night falls.  Image IPB

In the Dwarf Noble storyline there's the noble hunters that you can sleep with before going into the Deep Mines, but no animiation; you wouldn't have even known it happens if you weren't paying attention to the dialog.  I once managed to have a threesome with them; sure would have liked to see an animation for that.  Image IPB

I can't really say these are bugs, but it would be nice to see animations for these events, seeing as their are already animations for the characters that you can romance.

EDIT:  On an off-note, I do know there are MODs out there that can add animations for these events; would be nice if additional files were not needed though.

This would technically be "additional content", not patching. For srz, I'm tired of people requesting additional content for Dragon Age when the clear focus of this 1.04 patch is on bug squashing. If you want another sex scene, then go use a mod. Simple. The developing team has better things to do in their time than creating pointless, unnecessary animations.

Besides, the reason Morrigan, Zevran, Leliana and Alistair get these scenes is because they're special. They're the romantic interests. Iona, Dairren, Isabela, Gheyna, Cammen and the Noble Hunters? Just passing, relatively unimportant characters. Why put so much effort into them?

possibility to bed her. There is even the dialogue option; why does it
lead to nothing? http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Sorcha

The "wet your whistle" comment wasn't sexual. She was asking the warden if he wanted a drink, not if he wanted to do the nasty. The Warden can, however, turn it into a sexual joke, which is why she laughs.

The main bug I'm looking for in this patch is a fix for Jowan's Intention. Because my mage is my primary, personal canon Warden, Jowan is an important character to him.

Oh, speaking of Jowan: As a future DLC, can we get Jowan as a companion? That would be incredibly awesome. We need more mages, since having only Morrigan and Wynne as mages feels limiting, since there's four warriors (Alistair, Shale, Sten, Dog and "the other guy"). Wait... we also only have 2 rogues... Anyway, that stuffs not patch material, though. Keep fixing 'dem bugs!

So... I have read a lot of these threads about the patches that are needed for this buggy game. I don't remember my game "ever" crashing. I do play on PC, and there are a couple like strange things that happen every once in a while, but I doubt those things are that important, nor do I see them something easily fixed. Bottom line, I am always surprised by how horrible the game seems to play for people, when I have had like maybe only a couple instances where the game acts a little weird, (like my character shacking his head really fast) but nothing that ruins the game for me. In fact, I noticed the game acts even weirder at times, because of these patches. But I also don't pay attention exactly to all the math like some of you do, I probably miss stuff. My question is, is it really that bad for people? It plays very well for me, with only a couple little glitches.
