Huh, I had the weirdest glitch playing ME1. I was inside Normandy, using the inventory when the game glitched, as is its wont nowadays. Once the game unfroze, my previous shore party suddenly appeared and followed me around. Hence, two Garruses at the same time lol. I'm so sad I didn't have fraps open and didn't get a screenshot. It was hilarious.

@dannybates You could have someone, maybe from these forums, proofread your fics and/or give constructive criticism. Other than that, apart from just keeping at writing, best way to get better as a writer is to read a lot.

@Sialater Just go to 'Forum Settings'. It's on the top right, or go to Profile>Forum Settings.

@chew I think she means to fit it on without deleting any of the writing there. The only way to fit it in is to delete some of the writing :C

not necessarily true....  there's ways.  just gotta shrink the banner down a bit first.

Yeah, I don't like him either. He half bores me half creeps me out. Partially because of his little pouty mouth. It's like Derek Zoolander is the Creature from the Black Lagoon. Plus that whole perfect memory thing. Every time he starts doing his recollection thing I'm like "Oh, great, you're going to tell me all about it in perfect detail. Is there a way I can skip to the point?" And I never know when he's going to start. Can you even think of being in a relationship where the guy can randomly start quoting every memory about his dead wife? No thanks. In addition, it definitely seemed like BioWare tailor made him to be fanservice to the females. It just failed dramatically for me. Much prefer my space raptors.

That comic was hilarious, btw.

Thane was a very complex character and one of them most well written guy of all the squadmates in ME2. Have you seen his romance build up? His letter to you? I mean, that's just plain awesome. No one else thouched me as much as he did.
But of course you're allowed to have your own opinion.

And as a plus, Thane his cool with what everyone is thinking about him.

I had always this uncertain feeling, that Thane is to Garrus is what Jack is to Miranda. They are rather similar and therefore prone to rivalry. Both fight crime without following regulations, both are lonely professionals and both need a woman's shoulder to weep on. If both of them fall in love with Shepard, jealosy ensues.

There must be some kind of tension between them.

Or they completely ignore Shepard and become BFF. With no doubt, Garrus respects Thane's skill and Thane understands what Garrus wished to accomplish on Omega like no other. They should spill some drinks, or something.

I've always seen Thane as Jacob's rival instead of garrus. first time i got thane jacob was all up in my face bout how "dangerous" it is to bring an assassin along, too bad they didn't get into a fight, I would LOVE to side with thane and lose jacob's loyalty ;D
