On the topic of femturians - I get the strong feeling we'll finally see one. During that Game informer vid about Garrus, they mentioned females and how its "tough" and/or "difficult" to design them. BUT that just goes to show they ARE designing them Gotta look for those loopholes in what theyre saying. Whether it be in vids or text.

btw, ive been thinking.....anyone think Garrus will finally say those 3 little words  to Shepard in me3? 
Based off of Caseys tweets about the relationships getting very deeper, i get the feeling the LI will say it near the near of the game....or at least over halfway. Maybe 75% on the way tothe games end? Idk, im rambling, but i think itll be sweet. As long as they dont make it forced.....or another "Jacob incident"

edit: @Obsy: Nonsense. Its perfectly ok to feel that way. I so wanted to cry when I saw Nihlus' lying on the ground on edne prime Its thoughtful that in ME2, in the codex - BW put an image of Nihlus' in the spectre section.

and hmmmm depressing fanfic? If its anything like one of the late chapters of "Home", that made me have watery eyes.....then ok. I MIGHT read it XP If its like Cracked Faith - i will rage on you.

Can anyone remember the fanfic where femshep and garrus woke up in a desert and they could not remember anything and it turned out they was poisoned?

It's a rediculously short fic. just... insight. and it makes me sad. not like Cracked Fait, Arc... more like. 100 Year Distance. and anyone who hasn't read that one NEEDS TO RIGHT NOW. if you feel like being sad.

trying to remember Broken Trust. have read Cracked Faith... and yeah.

to cheer myself up i'm reading Portal/ME crossovers. 

.....so, anyone else think that a Portal gun is a necessary edition to ME?

Ok this is really bugging me.

Shepard is sent on a mission from the council to infiltrate and kill the shadow broker. To make this happen they had to become outlaws to the citadel and had to escape so that the shadow broker could trust them.

One of the missions the shadow broken told them to do is capture a precious cargo from a spaceship run by batarians but they later discovered that the precious card was actually a horse.

On the next assignment they went to palaven to pick up some data for the shadow broker and they was attacked while getting it and they was intoxicated. Just before they blacked out garrus put a card down in his armour and did the same to shepard. They had just survived a crash from the people trying to kill them. Garrus woke first but he did not know who this woman was laying beside him and started to search and he found a card on her and he also found a card on himself. He suddenly relises that they are connected.

Anyone know what story this is ?

I really think We're going to see some female turians because there’s no way to explain not seeing any this time. We're visiting home planets, garrus has two female relatives plus the whole galaxy will be going to war. And I still was a bit thrown at the "LOL what are we going to do put lipstick on em" tone I picked up on from the designers, but I hope they are just joking and can actually come up with a female design sans the human sexualisation. They managed to design batarians and volus without amazing abs and rippling pectorals after all  


and I am so hoping garrus AND femshep will come out and say (in their own words) that they love each other; my sqeee will be heard for miles when it does. Oh and I agree the "I love you" from Jacob sounded so off and I know why. I honestly think it was tacked on because the writers probably realized that the relationship lacked depth and they had to throw it in there otherwise the whole thing would just seem so damn shallow. But it doesn't work because in order to get him to say it you have to REJECT HIM, making the following dialogue kind of creepy, plus the way femshep treats him gave me no reason to believe he would fall in love with her that fast.

You know when garrus finally says it he will really mean what he says, it will probably be hard for the guy but I’m sure something in the game will prompt him to say how he feels.

I've never messed with flycam myself (too lazy mostly but also not sure how to use it while in-combat or other non-conversation sequences), but here are some helpful links if you want to give it a go:

I imagine there is a bit of skill involved to get those really awesome captures but some people really like playing around with it.

Personally, I hope not. I worry that might be too sappy for Garrus. I'm sure they could come up with something just as heartfelt, more original and more 'Garrus'-ey for him to say instead. Actually, every time one of my BioWare LIs has said 'I love you' I haven't been able to buy it, it felt kind of contrived to me. Then again, the ones that have were almost always my least favorites, so, yeah.

I loved that Fenris in DA2 never said the words 'I love you', but by the end of the romance it was in the subtext of everything else he said.

Give me "I want something to go right. Just once." and "Nothing is going to keep me from you." over 'those three words' any day. Those are the lines I'll remember and the ones that make me go all gooey inside. <3
