I think some/most of the time, Garrus' disapproval be "maybe that wasn't the right decision" for choices he doesn't necessarily agree with. Certain things like Sidonis though, he is pretty willing to argue about.Ragabul the Ontarah wrote...

As for conversations I want to see, Collider's already said it for me - I want squaddies to acknowledge our decisions. There are plenty of points in ME2 where I would have liked to hear what Garrus thought about a mission.
They did it in ME1 - Ash, Kaidan and Liara would comment on the outcomes of the main missions, so why not implement something similar for ME3?
Of course, one problem for me here would be wanting to keep Garrus happy. I have jokingly said of DAO that my morality had nothing to do with. A lot of my decisions had more to do with "Alistair approves +5"
Granted my paragade is a lot like Garrus so no worries.
A lot of times though, Garrus just trusts Shepard that s/he went with the right choice.
