Garrus looks great. Though it reminds me of the divide between male and female love interest looks.
Bioware seems unwilling to make female love interests who have less than perfect complexion. Now Ashley looks like a supermodel in ME3.

Meanwhile, on the male side, Garrus (especially Garrus) and Kaidan actually look like they've been through combat and stress. Male Shepard (Sheploo at least) looks more tired/aged in ME3, but I doubt they're going to do the same thing to Jane Shepard, despite them being the same age.

I wish they would show her a little more aged and rough and tumble. In
ME I always used the X-shaped scar under her eye  for my Shep. Soldiers
are going to have scars, after all, and I always imagined she got it at
Akuze. I miss that little customization.

Edit: Whoops, double post. Let me go find a good Garrus pic. XD
How about some kitty!Garrus? X3

This. Especially the part about Sheploo; it bugs me how FemShep's skin looks like plastic. They're so obsessed with the 'ideal' that they're afraid of giving the women realistic textures, I think.

Heck, even compare Fenris to Merrill in DA2. Fenris had a rough, realistic texture to his skin (that I love), Merrill had almost no texture at all. It made her look like a Disney character.

I hope they at least give us options for scars again, like something they picked up on the Collector Base. I miss my FemShep's imperfections, but the glowy renegade bits were dumb.

That's one of the main reason why I never play as a renegade. :?

lol, all this 'Garrus is sexy, oh I want to see him shirtless.' talk isn't for me.. So.. I'm just going to click the 'x' button nice and easy, and come back later.

It's okay...you know deep within you, a part of you agrees with the science-driven shirtlessness.  Embrace the GARrus.  Don't be afraid...

The renegade scars were mostly...stupid.
I hope the scars (if they're implemented) in ME3 are finally equal gender wise. Female Shepard's scars in ME1 looked like papercuts. Male Shepard's scars could range into gnarly looking.

I think my fShep got wrinkles in ME2 (I hadn't seen them in ME1, maybe it's because I played ME2 with better graphics). I found her a little bit older and I liked that. I hope the same in ME3 :D

I wonder if turians can see beyond our own visible spectrum? Birds (parrots specifically), for example, can see ultraviolet light. Turians look "drab" to our eyes, but I wonder if they are more "colorful" with turian vision.

My renegon’s Akuze scar was the nice big one that went across her face, like a big slash. She refused the medigel because she felt guilt that her team got killed and she survived.
I loved it on her because I wanted her to look like she'd been through hell but was proud enough of her struggle to not heal the scar and keep it as a tribute to her squad.

Now my paragade war hero, her background was colonist, so I wanted her to have childhood scars. Unlike the Akuze scar, which was recent and therefore  supposed to look shocking and not properly healed yet. My paragade's  scars have had a long time to heal  so while small ,were still visible on her face. So she has lip scar and a faded one on her cheek.

Scars tell stories and I’d love that feature to come back.

hmm... That's an interesting thought. It could be, but I personally doubt it.
