If Mama Vakarian has to die, I don't want it to be the first scene with Garrus. He was mopey and angsty all through ME2, I'd like for it to at least start out with him not super depressed.
Since Palaven is gonna be evacuted to a near by moon at the beginning of the Reapers attack, i have the feeling Mrs.Vakarian might not be around anymore when we start ME3. Because shes a cancer patient, i see her trying to get her family off world first or giving her spot on the evacute shuttle to a turian who can fight and rebuild. And i dont think Garrus would be depressed of that (sad but not guilty/depressed), maybe he would be proud his mom died that way instead of in a hospital bed.
And for his entrance, id like something diffrent. Headshots are always good, but id like him not to be in trouble when Shep come get him (ME1 he had troubles with CSec and ME2 with all the mercs of Omega). If he was on top of his things for once it would show how more mature he became. And when Shep arrives he can share his plan so they run together head first into more problems^_^. Only thing that would beat that is Garrus saving Shep. That would be the sweetest entrance.
