also..Weapons still clip through garrus' armor in me3...

Effeminate? You must be smoking something...or be really out of the loop. There are only two males in the pics you quoted and they definitely don't look effeminate.  One in the first pic and and one in the fourth.  The rest are female OCs and are drawn to the players' preferences (which is non-bald femTurians -- not an uncommon preference in fan art; how could you not know?!).

He suffers a lot under my wraths. Who else likes to make their Original Characters to suffer? I know I do! ¬_¬

Beside, female turians with longer fringes, like Mad's artworks shown, are hell alot better than the Skeletor FemTurian. Ew.

DH can't even keep their own femTurians straight from panel to panel, much less comic to comic.  I think I'll wait to see what BW designs and implements themselves. Anyway, much of the fanart created features fringed female turians and has for quite a while; Mad's is not alone in that...and now you know. :3
