I'm sorry if this is old news to everyone(being new to the board and all), but whilst looking for references for a my Garrus cosplay I'm planning, I noticed something about alot of the ME3 shots of Garrus... he's not wearing his cybernetic bandage, which means his rugged scars are on full display.



Hopefully I put the image on right...lol!

I've seen a few pictures with it on, and a few without it. Although I gotta say it would be interesting if he didn't wear it, it could mean he's actually proud of them now.

DH can't even keep their own femTurians straight from panel to panel, much less comic to comic.  I think I'll wait to see what BW designs and implements themselves. Anyway, much of the fanart created features fringed female turians and has for quite a while; Mad's is not alone in that...and now you know. :3

The pictures with the bandage appear to be his ME2 head on his ME3 body. It has the old scouter and the coloration on the scars is still red.

It's really weird that they'd use the bandage image for the ME3 avatar. O_o

Huh, so they have! I guess it was just an early replacment before they finalised his 'updated' head model...

Either way, I'm loving the fact his scars are being shown off now, maybe Sheperd persuaded him to take it off for once, or maybe they've just healed now.

Another official Garrus screenie? They are on a roll this time around (making up for the lack of ME2 attention maybe?). Is there a bigger, desktop-sized version of that new one? The clipping issues are unfortunate

Also curious as to why the bandage is on the ME3 avatar, perhaps the bandage is there at the start of ME3 and is removed later so there are two models? Or maybe it's just laziness, like with the clipping.

Well, it is pretty early in development, it's possible that was an early shot that the forum people were given (notice the one of Kaidan is from the GameInformer image).

I'm so glad Garrus is getting so much love this time around after being nearly completely absent during ME2's development. It might not be the case later on when they have Vega and other people to show off, but for now I'm very happy.

Does Garrus have is own quarters aboard the Normandy? Of course we never see the crew sleeping but I mean where does this guy sleep? Lol.

I think we'll have a start scene where Garrus still has his bandages, right before Shepard goes to the trial. After that, next time they met, time has passed and Garrus will show his scars.

Also, I hope Garrus sleeps in Shepard's quarters the whole ME3 game.

Yes to this! Like how in DA2 your love interest can move in with you... although I might get distracted from the whole 'defeat the reapers' thing

Maybe he sleeps in one of those sleep pod things? I don't know. He and Tali are the only characters who don't have a bunk or a bed where they stay, aren't they?

@Bolboreta: +1 to both those things. Especially if the before-trial scene is there to show some emotion with your LI when Shepard's taken into custody. <3
