@Bolboreta: +1 to both those things. Especially if the before-trial scene is there to show some emotion with your LI when Shepard's taken into custody.

1) [Squaddies having their own rooms] I read via tweets that the normandy is going to have loads of more rooms to explore. If we're having less squaddies this time, and MORE rooms - it would only make sense that the squaddies would have their own quarters in some way. And majority of characters didnt have beds. They had tables and chairs XP Thane is an example. And I bet Grunt wouldnt fit in one of those sleeping pods also. heh. 

2) [Garrus reaction to Shep in custody] Id LOVE for Garrus to go nuts when Shep is being taken into custody. A whole bunch of agents holding Garrus back, him arguing XD Id even love more that he would snap in the courtroom all of a sudden when everyone is throwing accusations at Shepard. Mentioning all her visions and decisions - claiming she just did what she did in the arrival dlc as a means to prove to herself and justify her own "Reaper fantasies". During all this Shep could just be quiet, taking all the lashing like a real hero, but garrus would be probably arms crossed, tapping his foot or his talons on his arm impatiently while at the stands. Then snap yelling out how theyre all blind, they should be believing her after all she's done and Shep could just say "Garrus!", making him stop to look at her across the room, and she's just giving him a look of concern in silence and nods. Her face pretty relaying the message : "It's ok.", and Garrus nods back in silence, getting what she's trying to convey to him - though still aggrivated by the situation at hand.

I doubt he'd be there, seeing as everyone is separated - but itll be nice if they did like in the beginning of ME2 where your LI was there when the normandy was hit. Id like the LI to be there in the beginning in some form in ME3, even if its just when Shep is taken into custody. I want garrus there!

and i dont want to burst anyone love bubble, but as much as I absolutely ADORE the idea of Shep taking off his bandages, or just Shep being there when he reveals them to her,which would support the connection between the two - I doubt Garrus would still have them placed over an injury that happened over 6-12 months in the past. With medications, medigel and Chakwas' expertise[and possibly Mordin as well] - They wouldve healed within 2months at least. Maybe 3 tops. Who knows - possibly faster than that.

Im wondering tho why everyone thinks our crew (all of them are either cerberus or alien) will be allowed to a military trial. Arent those things secret? Why would the alliance brass want your crew opinion? Or let you discuss alliance military matters in front of them? Im a bit perplex.

Maybe its cause im not from the US. I know americans have public televised trials (not military ones right ?).

As much as i laughed at first glancing at that - My intial thought was:

....actually Stop trying to destroy garrus in general! lol XD

The poor guy has gone through enough. He needs TLC [tender loving care]. No more rockets! Unless he's the one shooting them

edit: @outmane: Thats why I think they wont allow Sheps crew into the trial. In a way - in does concern them too, but they arent alliance. Then again - this is a human matter after all. Not to sound racist, but that how some humans see things. Shepard destroying tens of thousands of batarians is like declaring war in the batarians eyes. Something the Human race wont let Shepard do quietly. They want answers and explanations. Which is ironic because no matter what Shep says - they probably just wont listen. As for the crew, they could use some as witnesses in Shep's defense, but then again that probably why Anderson and the VS are around. [which shouldnt count as the VS or Anderson wasnt around in me2 to see what really happened, but seeing as Anderson is more willing to listen, Im glad he's there.] It would please me to see some of the crew there to support their CO, but unfortunately rules and regulations WILL get in the way.

Aw thanks to those who liked my idea of the courtroom situation XP I like the idea how Garrus is still abit hotheaded and defending Shep but when Shep calls out to him giving him nothing but a strong look on her face- its like she's sending him a mental message telling him not to stoop down to their level, reminding him he's so much better than that. Which he is.

I wanted him to pet/hug the varren Shep gets to pet on tuchanka. heh. Im telling Garrus : Go ahead and pet it! Its friendly! *scratches under varrens chin* See! I wouldve liked if he bent down next to Shep to pet it too. That wouldve been utterly adorable.
