Same here. When I saw the Mass Effect 3 collectors edition I pre-order it without hesitation. Of course the N7 hoodie and shirt I got after that maybe weren't necessary...

yeah. i got the N7 version of ME3 within the hour it was released. I also own a Garrus shirt, and have actually made my own N7 zip-hoodie. and many other things. like my car.

Out of interest, which platform did you get it for? I had to get ME2 as well as ME3 for ps3, since my pc wasn't able to handle the awesomeness.

i got it for xbox. i didn't want to spend loads of money buying ME2 and 3 for ps3.... also, since there's no ME1 for ps3 (damn you all to hell whoever made that decision) then... it just wouldn't feel right. it wouldnt be MY Shepard that i took all the way from the first game. ya know?

and i... fail at actually playing PC games. I have ME1 and 2 on my laptop...a nd i just never play them.

I totally get what your saying. If I had an xbox then I would have definitely bought it for that but I certainly didn't have the money to buy another console. Damn you financial crisis!
In regards to why there is no ME1 for ps3, I believe its because microsoft published the first ME but not the subsequent ones.

Im actually changing how i normally progress in missions. Normally i got mordin and then garrus to begin. but i ended up getting mordin, then kasumi, and jack. Used Jack & Mordin for Garrus' crazy recruitment. [dam 2nd shutter.....died there like 5 times XD] I SPAM heavy incinerate like theres no tomorrow. Where i left off - Im about to grab Grunt, and then obviously Horizon is next. I fear horizon so bad. I know for a FACT its going to be relentless.

Actually i personally hate achievements XD Im just bored and wanted to see if I can actually live up to the difficulty. Ive played Veteran. Some hardcore. But managable imo. Thougth never tried insanity. Ever. Im curious how bad it is.

and hmmmm Nihlus avy? But i got that already O.o It came in a avy pack i brought. I have the Garrus one on currently. I sometimes flip back & forth to show my love of them both  also got the 2 avy packs for me2. Im such a dork. lol

My avatar has had her Garrus eyepiece for MONTHS. I never remove it no matter what outfit! I did ONCE, and it felt so.....wrong! LOL My avy is like Garrus now -  You NEVER see her without that dam visor.  i also have the n7 shirt and such.

I would like to add my 2 credits to why ME1 is not ever going to be on ps3. Its because its was co-published by EA AND Microsoft Game Studios. ME2 was personally owned by just EA. Microsoft still has the rights to me1. And they greedy, so they wont give it up.
I finally upgraded my ME3 reserve over to the CE today. Heard by silverman on his twitter that its going to VERY limited. So now im safe. Whew.

As far as I can tell, the only thing available to us is the DDE (digital deluxe edition) and a hard-copy of the CE hasn't become accessible for local purchase yet. I'm still debating if I want to fork over $100 AUD to play the game on release day or wait for a CE from the US or UK to be shipped. I mean, ME3 is worth the money but most of the money is going to our greedy retailers and not Bioware.

Y-y-you have a pimped ME car?! That is the most AWESOME thing I have ever heared of!!! I would almost pay to drive around in a car like that.

lol, was gonna say, i'll take your money for that. naw, I'm workin on her. When I'm done, she'll be a mini-mako. (without the guns and with one less set of wheels.) its gonna take a bit though. for now she just has the N7 sticker and the M35 stickers on her sides.
