holy carp! i was wondering where eveyrone was... didn't even occur to me that registering the game might be a problem...

so is anyone else absolutely loving the amount of sexy turian action going on in this game? Seriously. I think i fell instantly in love with the general that was on the moon.... he reminded me so damned much of Nihlus. I think he's just Nihlus in disguise.
there's just so many of them. and they're all hot. damn.

and the Garrusmance. oh that romance. its making my life happy right now. which i need. they went above and beyond anything that i ever dreamed...

They went above and beyond the turian love didn't they?  I'm so ecstatic about all of our wonderful Garrus <3scenes and how you run into at least one turian around every corner.

 I still can't believe they showed Garrus and Shepard kissing <3  It made me sooo happy that they did!  And I loved the bedroom scene where Shepard wakes up and Garrus is just chilling with his feet up, like he's 100% at home.  And we all know the reason he didn't put a blanket over her was so he could continue to enjoy the view   Oh, and those ipad messages make that scene even better!

Anyone know if there is any reason for us to buy the dextro chocolate that's at the beginning of the game?  Cause it says that you can't romance Garrus unless you did in ME2 but I bought it for him and I haven't gotten any mention of it.  Should I have gotten him something else?

i would really love if they showed Garrus and Shep on the island they mentioned, and then out comes a little krogan. would be really cool if they named him after grunt

It will happen!!! I am still hoping for an epilogue DLC and they were giving out some hints earlier today on twitter but I don't want to get too hopeful just in case.

And if it doesn't happen in a DLC then I'll headcanon it. Retake ME is getting more attention from various media outlets and the group has raised almost 26k for Child's Play, a charity. We are doing great things...and I think....I hope Bioware is listening.

Would be adorable if the little krogan headbutt Garrus too; my goodness I would die of giggles and glee.

Also I'm happy to see this thread is up and kicking again, can't post in the new one due to Origin complications. But I just wanted to say thanks to this thread, if not for it I doubt we would have been spoiled in ME3 with all that Garrus goodness.

It has major spoilers regarding the endings, and is a very well written article.

And I will be looking for those Ipad messages mentioned... And I really hope they come out with an epilogue DLC, that would be so nice.

I just watched this, it was wonderfully hillarious! It perfectly describes what I'm feeling. Almost started laughing in the library... lol.

Don't understand the big fuss in this or the other thread. One word to describe the whole Garrus romance (both games) is: pa-thetic.
I'm not a 13 year old girl and Garrus ain't one of the Jonas Brothers. Period.
So much for ‘hoping’ that everything would be alright in the next game, uh!?

The way they wrote this 'romance', it seems they took the worst parts of the most badly written fanfics and slap it in the game. Mind you, Garrus' romance is not only part of the game that suffers from fanfic plagiarism, the same thing can be seen with other characters across the game.
I guess now I know what people that got the game earlier was complaining about when they said that this is just god-awful writing and I haven’t even got to end of the game yet but the way things are going... I'm finding myself wanting for the galaxy to burn just so this agony of this ill conceived game can end.

Yes.  Loving it hardcore.  Turians (and quarians ) everywhere.  PARADISE.

I felt the same way about Corinthus!  Good to hear another Nihlus fan was reminded of him too.

Hummm I'll need details to understand what you hate that badly. Did they wrote Garrus too sweet and concerned about Shepard for you ? Is it because you wanted more sexytimes?

Its ok, you dont have to talk about about it if you dont want to. I personally had a great time with the romance. It made me want to play even if I knew the ending. But we dont have to all agree on that.

As far as i know, as long as you have 5000, choose the "Destroy" option.  The multiplay ensures that you have enough points, I think if you do all you can in the single player for readiness, you only need to play a few hours worth of MP.  (Though some have been able to reach 5000 without multiplayer).

Garrie? Hehe That's a good one! Though personally I've taken to calling him GARR BEAR. Idk where this came from I just blurted it out all of a sudden in my ME3 playthrough hahah
