Alright, here are the results of my first "for science" playthrough of the suicide mission:

I chose Thane first and Garrus second. Thane was in the left slot and Garrus was in the right.
Thane used his omni-tool and spoke against saving the base (which my Shepard did anyway). Garrus hands her the explosives.
Shepard caught Garrus and Garrus caught Shepard. (Victory is mine! ) For some reason, she checked on Thane first after the debris fell on them, but no big deal.

The only thing that got messed up was I saw my Shepard staring at a coffin in the end. Miranda died because she was unloyal. It probably changed my hold the line score to have Thane with me instead of Tali. Here's a question: If Miranda was loyal, would no one have died, or would the next person on the list (loyal with the lowest score) die?

Edit: Just checked the suicide mission guide, and I think I answered my own question. Everyone would have lived. There's another reason not to like the new Paragon/Renegade system. xD I was going to get around to her NG+ at some point before ME3 comes out anyway.

I like the alternate outfit Rebe, but its definitely the way he holds the rose in his mouth that caught my attention!!

I know Garrus is just that amazing that he has Turian Batman powers that include going invisible (and floating Garrus, and embedded in wall Garrus and steals my kills Garrus). But on my canon RT... I was not happy to see the star had disappeared.
