Second only to a Garrus Omega years DLC. ;)

How would that work though? I'm really curious to see what they do with this Liara DLC (if it exists.) If we get to control her ala Leliana's Song that seems like it makes the chance for "backtracking" DLC more likely as in that kind of DLC we surely wouldn't be able to control Shepard.

But you know, Garrus Omega DLC couldn't help but have a REALLY depressing end...it would be like Mass Effect: Episode 6.

I know lol.  Isn't it hilarious that A) an advice booklet for turian/human relationships already existed and B)Mordin happened to have it on hand or knew right where to find it?

Perhaps it was Mordin who wrote it? Judging from the advice he gives about every flirt on the Normandy he have a little too big interest in alien mating habits. Exactly how does he know all that anyway? It would be probably be best to look for bugs in the captains cabin before going trough the Omega relay.

An interesting thought from the Bioware Character Discussion Group (Random facts about Mass Effect's alien species that probably aren't true):

Turians:
*Due to their strict militaristic society, it is considered acceptable for women to dress, act, and talk like men; in fact the females of the turian race are indistinguishable from the males.

This means:

1. The turian councilor is mean to you because he's been hitting on you and you haven't returned his advances. (The turian councilor is beginning to think maleShep's just a ****** and femShep's homophobic.)

2. There is a gay romance in Mass Effect 2 after all because Garrus is a woman and you romanced him as femShep. Yay gay romance! (Dr. Michel has no idea Garrus is a woman but if you told her she would say oh this explains a lot.)

3. Female turians have no boobs. Makes sense cuz they're lizard-bird things.

4. The "you humans are all racist!" turian is actually mad at the female C-Sec officer because she keeps calling him "sir" when he's a madam.

5. Garrus's hostility toward Harkin during his loyalty mission was part feminist anger (cue crotch kick).

Hahaha

Would be fun though if every turian, regardless of gender, looks the same and we've been seeing female turians all along.

I think he knows because Garrus totally came up there and asked him some stuff.  That's my theory anyway.  Garrus and his "research" and "I knew I should have watched the vids."  What vids you talking about there Garrus?  Where did you get them?  And as for the how the rest of the crew found out...is it just me or is Mordin's smile just a little too devious when he says "doctor/patient confidentiality a sacred trust.  Would never dream of...mockery."

I would actualy be okay with female and male turians looking the same. I still want a romanceable female turian though.

I think they do look pretty much the same. Females maybe a little smaller and have higher voices. Other than that, I'd say they are probably pretty similar. Hmm, here's a weird thought. If turians are kinda avian like there might be some major color variations between males and female turians. I know even the males have a high degree of color variation already but still...

Actually that idea seems like it would make more sense with the drell than the turians.

I hope Garrus didn't ask Joker for advice considering the things you can catch him watching.

Interesting thought, Raga. I think that's a good idea. That would be a good and easy way to differentiate and diversify the two genders. Would also make sense, as you say, because of the race's avian-like features (and writing inspiration).

Hey, what if the males get more elaborate face paint than the females.

Maybe Garrus saw this conversation and thought Flux Music was a good idea

What's really funny is that Garrus mentions in ME1 how the music in Flux keeps the keepers away...

and he still picks it?

Well, he didn't want keepers showing up during their love scene, maybe. XD

Haha, that just made me think of something really funny for folks who live on the Citadel. How many romantic evenings on average do you figure the keepers interrupt in any given day?

Um, maybe eastern toilet practices catch on in the future or something.
