yes it's a pc-thing but I take it you can type in the facecode manually in the xbox game, yes? if so, i may try to get the sheploo facecode for you tonight when I get back home. Maybe I even have a default sheploo save somewhere and may check it if there's a facecode.

Ontarah approves +1000  That would be great.  You are a trooper at retrieving useful things.

there you go....that's the facecode I get when creating a new male shepard with the default face 541.DJD.LTF.A3G.AAV.JBD.MDJ.6PG.G72.AG1.645.4

try this one and let me know if you get the default Shepard face in the character creator to make changes. I haven't tried that. don't have that much time during my lunch time....:bandit:

For me, it's a personal thing. Most explicit art is rather in-your-face.

But in general, I think it's because women like to use their imagination, yet when an actual image is shown, it is often alien to what they thought.

My Sheps spare pretty much everyone that can be spared, unless they're being directly life-threatening. Guess I'm really a Paragon at heart. The only instances in ME2 where I actually killed someone I could've let go was Elnora, because she pulled a gun on Shep after saying she was harmless. That's a no-go. Other than that, Niket, Maelon, Aresh, Sidonis...all of them walked. I don't want anybody on Shep's team with a death on their conscience that they might regret later, regardless of how tough they may seem. I figure taking a life shouldn't be easy, no matter how easy it may be or seem for the other party.

This. I couldn't kill anyone except Elnora either. Maelon and Aresh were insane (and Mordin just isn't a murderer, like he says earlier), Sidonis didn't turn out to be the devil I thought he'd be, and even though I like Miranda and all, Niket was absolutely right on the whole "stealing a baby" thing, even if Miranda thought it was the right thing to do. And everyone (except Jack, but that's to be expected) thanks Shepard for stopping them.

And this (I can't believe I missed something as funny as that crew on vacation pic a few pages back):

You did not see Mordin in a speedo. Your eyes are not inexplicably drawn to Mordin in a speedo. You do not notice Mordin in a speedo.

I am a mean person for zooming in and doing this.

And I'm also a mean person for making a comic. I'm sorry, it was supposed to be posted a few pages back, but I lost my internet for a few hours, so forgive me. Here:

Isn't the visor usually over the eye that's hidden in that piece? Maybe Shepard's just obscuring it. Maybe I misremember.

No, the visor is over his left eye, so yeah, it's off in that pic.

As for why explicit pics can be more disturbing than explicit stories: with written words, you still have the last haven of your own imagination. With pics, you can't really reinterpret what you see. So in a way, explicit pics are more explicit than stories.

EDIT: LMAO, Xsause!!

"Oh, and when you see Nassana...Tell her that next time, I'm not wearing ANY clothes to work."

Brilliant.

And Garrus' reaction too.

I like both.  Maybe my imagination is broken but to me some art can sort of clarify things.  For one, I don't tend to imagine things in concrete terms.  In fact, my images are usual an amalgamation of interesting things I have seen in other places so if I see something cool in art that is different form what I thought I tend to go "cool" and just incorporate it.  That being said, I still don't go for really fetishy stuff or stuff that is really OCC (like all that Bleach slash you were talking about.)  It doesn't really creep or gross me out.  I just go "meh" and move on because it seems like nothing but self insertion and/or twisting the characters for personal desire.  That does weird me out a little.

I, personally, enjoy neither explicit nor colloquial fanfiction for an assortment of seemingly unrelated personal quirks that form a fascinating tapestry of emergent preferences.

I like a little poetry in my smut. Allusions, references, adjectives. Not Penthouse Forum.

I'm a weird guy, I accept that.

Well, I do like stuff that is well written.  If there is adverb overload or something like that I spend more time thinking about how it should be edited than actually reading the story.

No-one can resist Mordin. Turians, krogan, drell, quarians, humans, rachni, Keepers, vorcha, batarians, other salarians, asari, Jacob - everyone wants to be with him. No exceptions.

Why? I don't know. Maybe he secretly wears the Three Wolf Moon t-shirt under that lab coat. Maybe he's just that awesome.

Is it just me or do I hear Mordin muttering "problematic" as he pulls on that thing?

I'm not sure but I think I am turning  into some crazy Xenophiliac since playing this game, the smutty fanfic and fanart, I just can't seem to get enough, either reading it or writing it myself.  Its driving me to distraction (good for when RL is really really crappy though.)

As for whether my tastes are "explicit or colloquial" I have no idea what the hell that means.Posted Image

And varren. That scale-itch came from somewhere! And Mordin is just the kind to pass it off. Sneaky bastard. Smelt it, dealt it or so they say.

eh, who cares what it means?
i love being like that! but i've always been different than most people so *shrugs*
I read everything, look at everything, watch everything. It's pretty hard to actually SHOCK me. The only thing I wish I could really make unseen....or more like unheard.....is that video about the guy and his pickle jar. that's just a sound that has burnt itself into my memory and makes me shudder everytime i think about it. everything else is just meh!

i've developed a good taste though for really well written "smut" and "well made art" . I like to stack my options expactations high :lol::lol::lol::lol:

All of Mordin's combat lines are unadulterated win.

"Krogan. Two nervous systems, no brains."

And until I started snooping through various characters' combat lines, I had no idea every squaddie told you when the other squaddie died (Mordin's "Vakarian's down!" "Lost the quarian!", for example). Every squad member also apparently knows who Morinth is. She really sucks at hiding her true identity.
