It said that a flake of paint made a 1/4 inch dent in a space shuttle window! And, yes, our mess is pretty bad, and that was nine years ago. I remember reading about that when I was a kid, the possibilities of space and the problems of garbage, and speculation on whether garbage could be dumped into space. Imagine the galactic equivalent of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. I guess the eezo exposures in Singapore are somewhat of a Mass Effect equivalent, although more like a nuclear power plant failure.

i think they would find a compromise for that. Besides, I don't really see them going to a classic romantic date anyway, you know with restaurant and food and stuff. But if they went out to grab a bite, I think, they would just get something, both could eat.
