I even caught myself half-thinking about doing a piece of art with Garfield and Garrus fighting together, and Garfield's all muscular. LOL

Yes. I always felt that was one thing that worked well in the fanfiction, regardless of what else may have been OOC.
Hah, and remember how Nil suggested the other day that wider waists might be especially admired in turian females? As much thinner would make pregnancy difficult. And what are the two things Garrus compliments? Hair and waist. I like this theory. I think it might have some truth in it.
I must say, I like where this train of thought is going.

It definitely lends some weight to the idea that Garrus does or can find femshep appealing on a physical level, human fetish or not.

I know. All the creative people around here make me jealous. We need a reject art thread for the rest of us. It would be pretty darn funny.
I SUPPORT THIS.

@kglaser: If your game works like mine does, which it seems to so far, then Kaidan will say that he was getting "signals" from FemShep, and you can turn him down politely then. Kaidan's turn-down was easy for me too, and Ashley never liked MaleShep at all (I hope this happens again, because I have no idea how it happened except that I went through the dialogues like he would), but Liara was a problem. It makes things difficult for us to give each other advice when the games react differently like this. At least there's always a metagaming solution - don't talk to them, Virmire Ashley/Kaidan, recruit Liara last. xD
@Xsauce: That FemShep/Mordin pic is both hilarious and adorable.
@Ragabul: I'm not sure how much serious, emotional stuff will be in ME3. MainShep would want to know Garrus longer before she "bothers" him with emotional stuff, and definitely not during an important mission like saving the galaxy. The way she sees it, she needs to deal with the mission now and her emotional issues later. (In the history I created for her, she gets that "get out alive first, mourn the dead later" from her godfather - the Earthborn Ruthless. Yeah, I imagine all of my Shepards together on the Normandy.)
I think it works for Garrus to like FemShep's hair and waist too. He was obviously trying to find something to compliment without knowing what was appropriate, and those two things stood out to him. Really, it's much better than MainShep's first attempt at complimenting a turian would have gone.
Young MainShep: Your fringe is the best fringe I have ever seen. It's so long.
Saren: *facepalms and tries not to laugh*
So, as you can see... Garrus does not need to be embarrassed about his flirting skills at all.

Here's a zerg - I think elements of the zerg were pinched from Alien.Ragabul the Ontarah wrote...
Yea, I can kinda see it. And come to think. I remember reading Ender's Game not so long ago and thinking the Rachni were WAY similar to the buggers from that book. I posted the idea on the forums and some people agreed. The consensus seemed to be they were an amalgamation of the buggers and the bugs from Starship Troopers, but somebody else mentioned the zerg. Aren't those form Starcraft? I have no idea what they look like. I've just heard them mentioned. One thing looking kinda like a Starcraft critter might be coincidence. But two? It could be a trend.

Thanks for the compliment!

*points to her cheeks where Saren has extra fringe* And there's so much of it!

Why was I imagining Little Red Riding Hood when I read that?
Shepard: My my, Saren, what big teeth you have!
Saren: All the better to tear flesh with, my dear.
Shepard: My my, Saren, what big implants you have!
Saren: All the better to be indoctrinated by, my dear.
Shepard: My my, Saren, what a long fringe you have!
Saren: All the better to...I don't know what my fringe does, exactly. Sorry.
Shepard: My my, Saren, what a big--
Saren: NOT GOING THERE!
Shepard: ...Okay. My my, Saren, what a big gun you have!
Saren: All the better to--
Shepard: You're going to try to kill me, right?
Saren: ...CURSES! FOILED AGAIN!

Skewing off topic a bit, but I just saw Clash of the Titans and the Djinn remind me a lot of turians for some reason. Pic. (not many on the web)
Anyone else see it and think that?
If you're anything like me - you see turians EVERYWHERE!! But sadly no, I didnt see them in Clash of the Titans. Clash of the Titans could have done with some turians, and Garfield.

"Elsewhere on the Island Garrus and Jacob were walking along the beach. They were wearing flower pattern shirts and shorts for beach comfort. Garrus was also wearing a straw hat."
I just thought it was adorable for some reason, the thought of Garrus in a straw hat and Hawaiian shirt.
OK, carry on.

Same, I didn't really get the turian connection there. Other than the fact that the djinn had a really gravelly voice and went around in full armor all the time. Come to think it seems like a do have a dim memory of something from a movie reminding me of a turian's voice. Maybe it was the djinn. Can't recall as it's been a while since I saw that.

I have yet to read this fic. Apparently I should get on that.

As for the relationship in general, MainShep wants a serious and long-term. Not sure exactly how turian relationships work, or if they're very similar to humans.
Also, I always see Saren's face a little in those dragons. I don't remember how long ago they were last mentioned, but that was my first reaction.
@Xsauce: "Not going there!" xD Hilarious.
Reference to a conversation in here... yesterday? A few days ago?
Saren's Friend: You know what they say about fringe length...
Saren: Not going there!
Saren's Friend: ...I was just going to say it's determined by the awesomeness of the turian.
