It's not in character for either to fight over Shepard. And Shep shouldn't tolerate it.

I only think that Jack would ever start a fight. I believe the other squad mates are more mature than to start one.

I'm so averse to a romantic kerfuffle that I'm using a mainShep who romanced no one in ME1. Problem solved. I hate hurting video game characters' feelings. <.<

If they are infulenced, or in love. Trust me....they will argue in someway.

Oh, I can see arguments. Just not fighting, among the other love interests. I'd be disappointed if they went that route. Either way though, I'm in the clear. No ME1 LI.

I wouldn't put it past them to include catfights for the boys. But if they have any of the male LIs physically fighting each other, it will make Jacob's romance seem like a good idea.

Ha!  Yeah, if the LIs somehow have a shootout over Shepard, I hope one of Shepard's options is "Screw you both, I'm going home."

Please no. I want my Shep's LI to stand up for herself and stand up for Shepard, but not start a catfight. That would be horribly OOC. Then again, it won't be happening in my game either way, thankfully.

Bioware did say that there will be "consequences" for "cheating" on your ME1 LI. I know we won't be able to choose both people (thank goodness), but I wonder what "consequences" entail, if it's anything more than just choosing one over the other.

Agreed - both of my main playthroughs only have on LI. Including the one for Garrus of course. I also expect only a "choose one over the other" thing in ME3, if the player did romance someone in both games.

Harkin presumably has many contacts and an information network - such a thing would be useful in his organization. I think he could put 2 & 2 together and realize that something is suspicious about Garrus traveling with Shepard right off Shepard came to Omega and met Archangel (or something similar).
