It's easier for everyone if they call me Dani. :P

But thanks. I'm relieved that I'm finally done, now I can do other things without feeling bad.

so i finally got around to import my dudeshep! yes, I did it! tough thing to do, he's full paragon, dammit, not even one single renegade point!!!! BUT, I have a huge problem.....my game crashes whenever I try to choose a different weapon from the locker or before going on a mission. WAHHHHH I was so eager to finally test the new firepower pack. I googled myself through the entire interwebs and extranet but can't find a solution. People seemed to have the same problem but never did they provide a solution for it. And I didn't find a solution in the forums here. WHY OH WHY!!!!!!?????? *throws herself to the floor and yells at the skies*

Makes me happy that I have the game on 360 instead of PC...

There, there it will be okay

I like my mouse screw joypads. :S Especially FPS-type games on the PS3=awful in my opinion. I stopped playing Unchearted about 70% through the game because of how hard I found it to aim with a joypad.

Anywho. Back to Turians and Calibrations.

Great to see it finished danitiwa! Garrus looks very classy. Didn't you make this for some kind of contest?

Yes But I got so distracted that I didn't finish it anywhere close to the deadline.:wizard: I'm not too good at concentrating on drawings at home.

Awesome pic, Danitiwa! I guess I'd better buy the Kasumi DLC. >_>;;

I'm the exact same way about distractions myself. I've got a habit of not finishing stuff unless I really, really push myself, ::clears throat awkwardly::

Hey guys, can you give me a lowdown of current info on the relationship between Palaven and the colonies? I don't read the codex that much and I remember hearing there was some stuff on the CNN (lol), but I haven't been keeping up since March.

Good to see you again, Dani :)

I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see your piece, though. This phone won't show pics with any kind of consistency.

Lol, Xsause Posted Image

So I just had a random thought.

I just got through the conversation with Vigil on Ilos, and something struck me as odd. It says that, when the Prothean scientists that survived on Ilos sent a message through the beacons, they didn't know about indoctrination yet, so they had no idea that a servant of Sovereign could also use the beacons. And yet, when you first arrive, Vigil says that it doesn't sense the taint of indoctrination about you.

But it's a VI. If the people who made it didn't know about indoctrination, then how could it find out? Posted Image

I sense a plothole bunny.

I got the impression those scientists were there for multiple years after waking up.  I think they gradually learned about indoctrination over time as they studied the situation.  I think their plan was years in the making.  So I find it plausible that they didn't learn about indoctrination until later.  That VI was based on the chief researcher's thoughts.  Wouldn't surprise me if he regularly updated it until right before they went through the Conduit onto the Citadel.  It wasn't a standard VI.  It called itself something like a "complex analysis system based on the mind of Ksad Isan or some name sort of like that."

This is way OT, but did anyone else think Vigil sounded quite a bit like Keifer Sutherland? :P

As for other things, I agree with other people's assessment that says Garrus reaction with Daniel and the batarians would dependent on him being paragon or renegade. His first hunch would be to try to pull a Dr. Michel and just shoot the guy before he was noticed. If his cover was blown I think he might try to bargain. Once he realized that the batarians weren't criminals but were just mostly scared and acting out of fear I think he might relent. ME2 Garrus seems like he has slacked up on collateral damage. Remember that scared salarian he tells to "relax and don't do something you'll regret." I don't think he would shoot them once they left. He might ambush them and if they refused to let Daniel go I think he would shoot. But once he got talking to them and go them to back down, I don't see him shooting.

That just reminded me of his reaction in Chora's Den if you bring him and Wrex and let the warehouse workers go.

Wrex: Would have been quicker to just kill them.

Garrus: (somewhat exasperated): Shooting people isn't always the answer!

Yay, I just checked Amazon and Retribution was dropped off at the post office today. Now I just have to do get. Man, this is where my laziness confronts my curiosity and we'll see which one wins. The meeting of these two epic forces may rip the space time continuum apart.

LOL, laziness is a powerful force indeed.

But go get it...it's very turian-centric. :)
