I totally voted for Mordin's lips. I mean, helloooo, uncensored lady parts! And they're definitely the most memorable lips, since I usually don't pay attention to these things. And I'm talking about lips here. XD

I don't think they would be too wowed by lips on humans specifically. Most alien species have lips and they have been dealing with asari and salarians for a while. I honestly think they would be most weirded out/intrigued by human hair. This almost fringe thing that is all limp and has no nerves in it. Plus most of the aliens don't have hair or fur of any kind. Maybe the volus, maybe the quarians. But the suits make it difficult to know for sure.
