Seriously though, wonder how much time that thing took to make!

I don't even remember where I left off with the squadmate conversations, but I'll be relieved if Ashley's next conversation involves her sister saying that Kaidan is cute. That means romance avoided. I forgot which "Investigate" options MaleShep talked with Tali about too, but I know I finished up the Tali/Garrus/Wrex conversations too early last time. I'll probably play more DAO before going back to figuring out Noveria. The need to replay is frustrating, even if MaleShep's decisions will be better off for it. D:
I must have spent 30 minutes on that one Kaidan conversation last night, made tough decisions, balanced out less info against less chance of romance, and finally settled for polite-but-professional with the loss of 2 codex entries and any chance of finding out what happened with his biotics instructor. Man, this metagaming-role playing stuff is tiring!

This is why I support squadmates wandering the decks of the Normandy.
Yes yes yes. Then maybe they won't all seem like recluses. =/ I want to
be able to come back from a mission and take 15 minutes running around
the decks in order to find Garrus and tell him he needs to optimize more
firing algorithms. Or, you know, whatever it is I need him to do.
-cough-
It would be like hide and seek every time I come back to the ship!
Didn't T3M4 do that in KOTOR?

Okay, I was playing around with flycam and if you look super-close at the back of Garrus' head, his scouter is not only connected to the circular part at the back of his skull, but it also has another piece going down his collar with what looks like nodes connecting to his neck.. Ouch. Do you think he even -can- remove the scouter?

That explains why he doesn't remove it in the romance scene XD
And some Garrus modding:

Tarak faces the present and the future! Beware!

You'd think that being the only 2 squadmembers from the original team, Tali and Garrus would have the most to talk about with each other..
Well...they kinda do. They're the only ones who will actually spontaneously talk to each other without clicking on a "Talk to" point
Garrus: Hey Tal-Tal
Tal-Tal...d'awww

Wow, that costume looks amazing put together! I saw the bits and pieces and kept waiting for a full shot of it. I want. I want the rifle, I want the mask, I want the gloves(!!!), I waaant.
@Just_mike: As for Garrus' 'weight'.. I really think the only type of person that could pull off Garrus' body shape is a frightfully thin, small-boned girl with a ton of padding and extensions in the right places.. And then she'd topple over from the weight of it. (not to mention her speaking through it would completely ruin the illusion). I fear that the true turian physique is just not doable in costume form.
Or you could get somebody that's into corseting, like this person:

Yes, I would. Believe it, people.
Especially if BK recorded the voice. Job? Who needs that? Let's go! o_O

They wouldn't have to walk on tip-toes, the could use these. >8Dkglaser wrote...
I wonder if any men are into corseting? 'Cause that's what you'd need...a 6-foot-tall, broad-shouldered man willing to walk on his tippytoes and with a 16-inch waist XD
I'd feel bad for anyone who would use a corset that tight just for cosplay. With all of the armor over them and their waist constricted.. Gah. I can't imagine they'd last very long.
And I agree, I would want to see that costume in person if it were achieved. It would be glorious.

I never imagined such a thing would exist...yet, there it is LOL
And I've studied body modification some...the people who do corseting (some anyway) say it makes them feel safe and secure, and some go around like that *all* the time...
But those were all women. I don't know if any men do it.
And yes, "glorious" would just begin to describe it. If some way could also be found to animate his face realistically, and he would let me hold his sniper rifle...I might have to spend my life savings to spend an hour with that guy.

I actually found that video by searching for ME cosplay and someone posted them as a possible option for turians/quarians. I think it looks awesome and I'd love to see that sort of thing incorporated into a Garrus cosplay.kglaser wrote...

Even if the rest of his face wasn't fully articulated, if they had a way to make his mandibles twitch properly... <3
EDIT: Alexine, if you keep watching the video the guy starts walking upright and they explain that he can walk that way too, he was just doing a werewolf crouch for show.

Maybe the scouter connects to his armor as well, to monitor the hardsuit.
At some point, Bioware will need to have Garrus take his scouter off, yell an obscure statistic at Shepard and crush it within the palm of his Turian hand.
