I think it is also wise to remember that the source of this information is Mordin and he loves messing with people.  I don't the danger is very great.  I think Mordin thinks poking Shep is fun.

And no, 30 is not old, at least not very old.

Ehh, not all of us are that bothered about those kinda labels. my Liaramance Shep jumped 'ship for Garrus, and I've another Shep who's staying with Kaidan come hell or high water.

To me it's more about how effective and valid the whole thing feels for that character.

Same here. This is the reason why I choose to believe he never even thought about leaving the ship or that something was amiss. I just want Garrus to be that gosh-darn loyal, that faithful in Shepard, that any thoughts he had that something were amiss were dismissed with a simple, 'It's Shepard.'

RE:Mordin.

Man, when I first heard that convo I thought he -was- making it all up. When he said, 'would never dream... of mockery.' .. I thought that was sarcasm, seriously. Then I got on the boards and everyone was taking it as gospel, so I felt very silly for not trusting him.

@Grand Admiral Cheesecake: The coolest turian in ME is Garrus, obvz. But the second coolest? Now that is open to debate. My vote is Nihlus! RIP my sweet Spectre shadow.

Nihlus. *siiiigh* My first turian crush.  For the first 15 minutes, he was the most badass turian in the ME galaxy. T-T He will be missed.  Okay, so he was pretty much the only one revealed within those 15 minutes, but I could never forget those lovely green eyes. <3

And don't feel bad about Mordin.  I thought he was pulling Shep's leg, but as you said, most people thought it "truf" so...yeah. ^^

Same here! He set the bar high for aliens in Mass Effect. Despite so few lines and so little we got to know about him, Nihlus just oozed charisma. I think Joker's anti-turian sentiments were there to give you an idea of popular human sentiment, but from the moment I saw him I was like, "WHO could hate this guy? He's awesome personified. AND he's a super-spy? Duuuude!"

Also, there was something oddly intriguing about the fact that he'd been shadowing Shepard and observing his/her awesomeness for some time. We should've played THOSE missions, darnit!

A few missions with Nihlus would have been nice...but to lose him later or to have to choose between him and Garrus? That would just be too evil. D;
