My Shepards are all selfish, so they would choose themselves over the galaxy. (Not literally, of course. If the entire galaxy is destroyed, so are they, which means it isn't really a choice at all.)

Any chance to see Saren again would make MainShep happy. :D

@Pedpickle

My favorite female turian is one that got posted in the NSFW thread in Clan V about a thousand years ago. I'd post it but sadly as I said it's NSFW. My second favorite is that one of a stripey female. It was commissioned by somebody here actually, but I can't recall who. But your female turian there has some potential. I really like her head and how they made her legs very feminine looking. I personally think female turians have wider waists than the males though for childbearing purposes.

@RAGE

Yes, Keener is really cool. I like how he will joke alongside the fans.

Oooohhh!  I like that one.  That kinda looks like NSFW female dressed up.  I like how her spurs are smaller and her fringe is kinda wavy.  What's the artist Collider?  I'd like to favorite it.

*Edit*  Sorry, didn't realize that pic was a link.

Nihlus too. He was the first turian I ever saw. :)

Although, for my MainShep, Ashley being there would totally ruin the view. (She never liked Ashley, so Virmire didn't upset her because of that. It upset her because she found out Saren was indoctrinated.)

Kim, also I thought of something that I said in Clan S but I dunno how often you go there so I thought I should repeat it. If you are still interested in Fallout 3, I would watch some gameplay footage first as it is VERY bloody with things like slow motion shots of exploding heads and such. Dunno what you might think of that. Otherwise, it is a great game that I highly recommend but it is very, very graphic.

Yeah, I read about that in reviews. But then I read other reviews that said that targeting system can be turned off. Is that the worst of it?

That targeting system is optional IIRC.

Yes, the worst gore revolves around the close up shots that come with the targeting system, but there is still some gore in environments (dead bodies and stuff lying around sometimes dismembered, impaled, and so on.) However, most of that is fairly easy to ignore (or I thought so anyway.) I have never played the game without the targeting system and didn't even know you could turn it off so I can't really say how that might affect quality.

We're talking about V.A.T.S. right? Players can just not press the button for it then.

Yea, but without it, the aiming trigger is microscopic and the game is clunky if you try to free-hand everything.  At least, I thought it was.  I never have any luck without V.A.T.S.  Whenever I run out of action points I have to run away and spam a fast-firing gun or I get killed.  Sorry, major OT.

So speaking of shooting.  Best sniper rifle for Garrus?  He's awesome with the Incisor, but I still kinda like him with the Viper as well.  It's especially nice when I have been using cryo and he shatters stuff.  I love that.

Didn't really use vats that much. Depends on the player.

Kind of strange how the default for Garrus is the assault rifle.

One other thing is that Fallout has like four hundred difficulty settings so if lack of targeting makes it too hard, the difficulty can be cranked WAY down.

I actually never put Garrus on sniper rifle in ME1 because he missed most of the time. He would just shoot the edge of crates and stuff so I usually ramped him way up on assault rifle and shields and pretty much turned him into a tank. He's surprisingly good at that. So to me, the sudden focus on sniping in ME2 was somewhat odd.

Well he did have abilities close to an infiltrator in ME1.

True, I just mean that in ME1 he wasn't especially focused on sniping from a story perspective. ME2 makes a really big deal of him being a sniper with dialog and even his LM. In ME1 whether or not he is a focused sniper is largely up to the player.

Yep. Don't even remember which weapon I used for him in ME1. Possibly the AR because I do remember sniper rifle accuracy being questionable. I'm glad they improved the AI in ME2, even if it's still a bit flawed.

The main issue with ME2 AI in my opinion is that squaddies have absolutely no concept of the idea of sharing cover. I think they should implement something along the lines of what Uncharted 2 did. In that you just nudge the person if you want their spot and they move over or switch places with you. I thought it worked pretty well.

Of course, the rarity of sharing cover also means that when you do finally get to share cover it can be kind of fun.  Finding a good sniping perch next to a certain turian say is never a bad thing and all the more appreciated for its rarity.
