In real life, if I were stupid enough to have two romantic entanglements going on at once without the express agreement of all parties, I'd expect them not to have a confrontation with each other, but to confront me, like what Liara and Kaidan/Ashley do in ME1. I'm the one playing with their emotions, knowingly or unknowingly. I'm the one that needs the kick in the ass to straighten out the situation.
Agreed. But sadly, even IRL, the other person is usually the one who takes most of the heat. Even though the biggest feminine hygiene product in this equation is the one in the middle.
Exactly. Meghan will get what she deserves, whatever that may be, but no fighting over her, for God's sake.
And I didn't mean literally airlock them.

This is spot on. Remember the ominous and vague term "consequences" that were promised for us in ME3. Cheaters would experience consequences. What that means, I don't know. But it could mean more than a simple "pick one of us please and then there will be sunshine and bunnies." Both people might get POed at Shepard.
And I don't think they will fight. It's really OCC. I do think Garrus might be indignant about Kaidan's choice of words on Horizon, though, as that was one of the reasons my Shep moved on in the first place. In such a confrontation, my Shep wouldn't be letting two lovers fight over her. She would be letting her current lover explain to her ex-lover why he is now her ex-lover.
I'm also with Hazzel. My mainshep is a cheater Shep, and she interpreted Kaidan's reaction and subsequent letter as an end to the relationship. In her mind, she is no longer with Kaidan and is therefore not cheating. If she thought she was still in a relationship with Kaidan, she would make a point of severing it before moving on to other things. So again to her, a confrontation wouldn't be "two guys fighting over me." She would interpret that as "Kaidan is really mixed up and needs to be set straight."

This, very much so. I liked the fact that if you tried to two-time in ME1 and overtly persisted in the two-timing tendencies, the human LI walked out on you. Liara...well. Let's just say it was a brilliant disproval of her opinions about how people believed that her species was promiscuous. It made me chuckle and knowingly shake my head.
That being said, I also didn't think there was any two-timing involved in ME2 as far as the human ME1 LIs were concerned. The fight on Horizon was very much an end to the relationship as you knew it. If you chose to stay faithful, then the relationship would have to evolve, but if you chose to move on, I don't see why you wouldn't be justified to do so. Just as long as you subsequently made it clear to the ME1 LI that it was over. If you didn't, then the game would be justified in having the 2 LIs in question get upset at you. Not so much at each other though.
With Liara, it's a different problem, as it's a lot more like cheating in her case, since there never was a big fight to be interpreted as a breakup. I can see there being hell to pay with her if you do cheat. Both for Shep and their new LI. Especially considering Liara's new personality.

All of the ads throughout the entire game are hilarious. How often do you stop specifically to listen to adds? Ilium adds in particular crack me the heck up. "It's not biotic neural itching is it?" *snicker*
I know right? xD The one's on Omega are funny too, about Harrot's lol...."but I always thought Harrot only sells stuff for men" or something along these lines

This. It's like something dangling in my peripheral vision. I can't concentrate. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
I snagged it from the banner thread in Clan V after it completely mesmerized me.

Concerning the size of the ME3 squad, I don't want it to get any bigger. The way it is now, with Kaidan/Ashley and Liara thrown in is just fine. They might even replace Zaeed and Kasumi with them, since they're DLC characters (even though I'd rather keep Kasumi over Liara...).
And yeah, I'd love for Tali and Garrus to get "lead" status. Even though they sort of already have it, being the most popular characters and having been around since ME1.

Having Garrus and Tali take a more active role in the story would be awesome since they've been there from the start. Hopefully this will happen.

The Jack one is hilarious, isn't it? xD
I use Fraps to capture them and then the simple movie maker to render them. The free fraps version only captures 30 second clips and has a watermark. I have the registered version. But if you want to make screenshots, you can use the free version as well for that

The Citadel is a really an amazing study in bureaucratic ineptitude. Garrus is still "Officer Vakarian" when he quit like two years ago? And that security chick. Dang it, man, I agree with humans are racist turian. She actually called me sir when I was playing a femshep. But I love saying "Those two aren't geth infiltrators. The lack of flashlight heads was kinda a give-away." It makes me laugh every time.

Isn't there another one that says. "Shepard, you've recently been dead" and then starts going on about asari burial robes or something? And elcor Hamlet, of course. Can't forget that. Or Blasto.
Yeah, the "you've recently been dead" one is one of my personal faves. It's the same ad...pillar? as the one that mentions your LI. The sequence is "asari burial robes - car - LI ad"...Yeah, I've spent too much time around that thing...

It is strange that she calls you "sir". Do you think it's an oversight? Also, I'ma save talking to her until I get Legion this time around. I wanna hear it say "geth do not infiltrate"....when it's actually listed as a Geth Infiltrator.

Sometimes military protocol dictates that you call someone "sir" no matter what their gender. It's just what you call a ranking officer.
Good point. They also call all women knights "ser" in DA:O, don't they? First time I heard Ser Cauthrien mentioned, I thought it was a he. Then I realized she was the chick from the Ostagar fiasco.
And yes, Mordin's sex talks = win.
