(I've actually been mad at some characters I liked just because they're so hard to beat in the games... trying and failing for months, and hours at a time tends to have that effect.)

This isn't exactly the same thing, but I've rapidly gotten to that point in Pinnacle Station with that obnoxious !@#$%^ guy who keeps yelling things at you like "THAT MEDIGEL AIN'T FREE!" and "OOH THAT'S GONNA HURT IN THE MORNING!!"  Um, no, no it won't, he's a SIMULATION!!  NOW FOR THE LOVE OF NIFTU CAL, SHUT UP!!!! :pinched:

Um, sorry.  I'll go listen to Garrus soothingly yelling some combat lines in my ear and I'll feel better. ^_^

So the teenage auxiliary backup squad is going to be, let's see now...Oriana, Kolyat, Mordin's favorite nephew...who else? Who's the youngest turian we've met?

Well, technically Mordin's nephew is an adult by Salarian standards. Mordin says as much when he talks about him.

Teenage backup squad? My crackfic senses are tingling...Mass Effect: The Teenage Years, anyone?

I think Garrus is the youngest named turian we've seen so far. Sidonis could be younger, but I doubt it, judging by the cracks in his faceplate.

Well, since Justin Bieber sounds like a girl, maybe Justinium Bieberax will finally let us hear what turian females sound like!

Now that would be very convincing. I hope we do see a female turian as it's probably one of the biggest mysterys in Mass Effect along with what does a quarian look like and what do salarian and krogan females look like.

This reminds me of my phone, everytime I get a text it screams "ONE LESS TA WORRY ABOUUUT." B)
So I get really happy whenever someone texts me. Haa.

It used to say "I am assuming direct control" but that scared me one too many times.

and now I feel super nerdy!

Hehe Pedpickle, I said that, not Kim. I'm her goofy doppelganger, but I'm trying to get a custom avatar. :D

And it would be so cute to see a little volus or hanar kid! XD

Ever since I read Garfield Effect: Galaxy Adventure's Chapter 15, with all its cute Volus and Elcor babies, I've been dying to see some freaky alien babies.

It could be like the "Wonder Years" complete with annoying voice over and everything Xsause.

As for new squaddies, I'm with Sia and Ray on that one - I'd like them to flesh out what they already have.  Although I would love to see a female turian (an elite biotic would be awesome) perhaps an expanded game add on or something completely new might be better.

You know what I would really love though would be to create my own turian character, like you can in Oblivion, and play as them in completely new game set in the ME universe.

The Garrus plushie is glaring and thinking "I can't breathe, I'm being squeezed to turian paste!"

I've never liked the idea of squadmates pairing off with each other, but that's because I have so many different Shepards that it would feel like a squadmate who's single in one playthrough is cheating on a Shepard from another playthrough.

<snip>Garrus also makes a comment in an elevator conversation that if the turian's biotic implants had high power spikes like L2s, they would keep them despite the side-effects.

I was playing Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta last night and had minor glitches of hitting M and J to access PipBoy data. The oddest moment of all was when two of the people around me would start talking to each other without any input on my part. Conversation happening without me and not in my fill-in-the-blanks ME universe! I wish that the crew would talk to each other and move around the ship independently. Not pairing off, really, but interacting.

Is there a video out there of that elevator convo? I've never heard that one.

Hi Ray! Good to see you back... and I agree with Ray and Sia: no more characters added, give the finale the depth it deserves considering all that these people have been through with each other.

It's a Kaidan/Garrus convo, Aricle.

How did I miss that? I took Garrus almost everywhere and it was my Kaidan Ally PT I just did. Must have been when I took Wrex and Garrus armour shopping or some such instead of bringing Kaidan. /sigh

I thought so- at the end, I was working on hearing Garrus' comments on Terra Firma party and on equipping the team so left Kaidan on the Normandy. I also missed the chance to dance with him at Flux this time around b/c of it.

ETA: just read your sig comment re Kaidan: fantastic. Lol. /Eleni approves.

Garrus: Your biotics are impressive, Lieutenant. I’m surprised that humans stopped using the L2 configuration with results like yours.

Kaidan: My headaches can be pretty bad, and I’m one of the lucky L2 implants. The L3’s are safer.

Garrus: Humanity will be judged by the sacrifices its people are willing to make, Lieutenant. The Turians would have kept the L2 implants.

Thanks!  I haven't come up with anything equally clever for Garrus.

But in ME2 Garrus goes on about how he is not a very good Turian.
Yet in ME1 he pulls the offical Turian line alot.

Omega must have really changed him.
