But in ME2 Garrus goes on about how he is not a very good Turian.
Yet in ME1 he pulls the offical Turian line alot.

Omega must have really changed him.

The death of your closest friend(s) will do that to you.

Someone needs to give that guy a hug, or at least a beer. :(

I think Clan V would give as much of either- or both- as he could ever desire.

At some point, I want to talk to Lorik Qui'in during lunch, and speak to him in idioms.

I would love to do that with Lorik Qui'in.  I went back to Noveria to see how he was doing after testifying against Anoleis, and he only kept saying he had to testify.  Did anybody else get a different reply?

Hopefully, both Garrus and Lorik Qui'in are in ME3.

I would love to see that guy again as the new leader of Noveria he deserves that spot.

I would also like to see Garrus father and have a chance to talk to him.

Although I am no fan of cosplay, I assume pulling off Garrus' outfit and face (and quite decently to I may add) isn't an easy feat to achieve.

I don't get why it's called cosplay....I just call that dressing up for conventions. Trekkies been doing that ever since....

Cosplays traditionally is dressing up and doing "plays" or acts based on those costumes from that series (sort of like re-acting the series that one is dressed up as). But now, most people don't usually do that. (it's basically promoting favourite series through dress up now)

But I like the costume, Skorpious! :D

It's not mine. :P

I just thought it was impressive enough that other Garrus fans would get a kick out of seeing it.

I think we need to see Lorik again. sit down, have lunch, talk about how things have changed, have him pledge Noveria's resources to Shepard to fight the Reapers... who knows where it could lead. Papa V would also be fun to meet.

It's a fantastic Garrus costume. I dunno why that would be scary. There are much, much more disturbing things in this world.

Garrus: Your biotics are impressive, Lieutenant. I’m surprised that humans stopped using the L2 configuration with results like yours.
Kaidan: My headaches can be pretty bad, and I’m one of the lucky L2 implants. The L3’s are safer.
Garrus: Humanity will be judged by the sacrifices its people are willing to make, Lieutenant. The Turians would have kept the L2 implants.

Yeah, his other conversation with Kaidan was much nicer (the one where he said something like "I've hardly ever seen skills like yours" or something like that).

I actually prefer this one because of the turian information. :)

I've been wondering about the information on the biotics Wiki page that says turian implants are similar to L3s. It sounds accurate based on what we know about them, but has it ever been mentioned in the game, or novels? Is it codex information?

I don't remember it being mentioned in the novels (and we got way more turian info in the latest one than in the other two, IIRC), but I'm not sure without checking.

It is codex information I believe.

@kglaser: I could have missed a lot in the books because I tend to focus more on the scenes that my favorite characters are in, like reading all of the Saren scenes first when I bought Revelation, and reading all of the TIM scenes first in Ascension. xD I planned on reading all of the scenes with TIM and turians first in Retribution... but then Kai Leng came into the story and I mostly paid attention to him.

@Sand King: Thanks, I'll check the codex next time I play. :)

Kim, I had that problem with all 3 books too, to some extent, but in my case it was because I really disliked Kahlee Sanders as a character and tended to read over her scenes probably faster than I should have (and she had a lot of them).

And I don't know enough about Kahlee's character to have an option except "she didn't interest me." xD In her defense, and Anderson's, they were competing against scenes with Saren. I ended up liking Anderson less after seeing him act out against Saren, even though we knew most of it from ME1. Same with Kai Leng. He needs to stop fighting my favorites...

In ME1 I'm soon to face the choice of "let Anderson punch Udina" or "get Anderson to headbutt turian guard and get shot" so the Normandy can leave for Ilos. I always pick the latter despite the tool that is Udina. That headbutt scene is epic! :D

I think I've always picked the Udina punch. That's the one he wanted to do, right? My Shepards didn't question his plan. xD
