Poor Lorik! D: He sounds so sad... I wouldn't betray him either. Even with a Renegade Shepard, there isn't much of a reason for it. I think the most Paragon option is convincing him to testify anyway, so giving him the evidence to keep is probably "neutral." I think most of my Shepards will side with him because he's the one who helps out right away, and handing over the evidence to Parasini is a form of betrayal too, just not as bad as giving it to Anoleis. I did that once by accident during one of my early playthroughs, but I'll eventually correct it with a NG+.TheSweetGirl wrote...
This is why I don't betray him =(

GUIS. I was going nutso trying to figure out why Nassana Dantius wouldn't talk to me...but it turned out I got her quest, but in reverse! I killed Dahlia (her sister) as part of the Mercenary quest I'd already somehow gotten, and then it said I had to go talk to her. Did this happen to anyone else? Never happened to me in 3 PT...weird.

Even if we were to get 1 or 2 more lines of dialogue for Garrus from somewhere, I think we would be talking about it for weeks. LOL
I see I remain alone in liking the Turian councilor.
Every other politician you meet throughout both games butters you up or condescends to you. The Illusive Man in particular does his whole song and dance where he goes out of his way to talk about how he supports every decision you make, even when it's blowing up Cerberus facilities or sending Cerberus assets to alliance medical facilities. Then at the end of the game he orders Miranda to kill you if you don't give him the base.
The Turian councilor thinks you're full of ****, and he tells you flat out that he thinks you're full of **** the first time he meets you. He then proceeds to continue to tell you he thinks you're full of **** every single time you interact with him. He never gives you a break.
He also never actually acts to obstruct you in any way.
I find him refreshing. I'd rather deal with him than the Illusive Man any day.

I read that some quests could be done in reverse. I wonder if that means there should be no problem getting the quest from her before Therum then. So are you going to ignore this one and not replay because of some asari? xD They like to mess up our playthroughs.kglaser wrote...

The one time I tried out sniper rifles, it was with a Shepard who wasn't trained for them because I didn't know the combat system yet, but it was complete fail. I had no idea where I was shooting because I couldn't see the red target thing that tells me where the bullets will go... I'd like to think that was partly because it's harder for a Shepard not trained in sniper rifles to use them, but I'm not sure if that's how it works. It would make the fail seem less bad though. And more on-topic...I decided to put my Infiltrator sniping skills more to the test in ME1 this time 'round, so I did that quest and the one with Haliat from a distance instead of getting up close and personal to kill all those mercs. And Garrus stole 2 of my kills! Well, my hands are not too steady, so I don't blame him getting sick of me to aim for all those seconds.
