Btw does anyone else feel worried that they may be setting up Garrus leaving us? With the line about being overshadowed by Shepard and not being able to reach his full potential? After what happened with his team, I  think he may believe he's less capable than he is. Maybe ME3 will be that Garrus becomes completely certain in himself and his actions.

I don't think it's setting up him leaving Shepard, especially not a romanced Shepard. However, ME3's story arc for him could be more about him becoming his own person and even more Shep's equal. Not that any of us see him as 'below' our Shepard, anyway.

You can either say that you're fighting to save millions of lives (Paragon), for your LI (neutral), or just for survival (Renegade).

Well, that's good. xD Because MainShep has always liked turians and doesn't find the asari attractive. No matter how much she likes Garrus, she's not really fighting the Reapers for him either. She was fighting long before they hooked up. (And, you know, the Reapers killed her once, so they're going to pay.)

...Not that it matters for my playthroughs anyway, but it's nice to know.

Lorik Qui'in again...  he has such a long thin nose!

I was looking over that cornucopia of turian goodness, the Turian Tattoo database, and this time I noticed a lot more physical variety than I did before.  I guess it takes awhile to get over the "all turians look the same" phase.  

I always thought Lorik had a sort of gaunt, dignified look to him, but I couldn't put my finger on it.  With the screenshot in context of other pics, though, he really does have a unique-looking, thin face.

He's very handsome

@JulianP: All turians looked the same to me too at first, except for their colors. I didn't even notice Saren's geth arm until I saw someone comment about it on the forums. xD

Another thing that I didn't notice until I watched Jane's Saren & Benezia video, because the scene happens so fast in-game and I could finally pause it on youtube... I think those implants around his jaw must give his mouth more movement than the average turian. Just look at 0:39. That's just not possible for other turians, from what I've seen. And from a certain angle, I could actually see through those implants (connecting the jaw/mandibles to his "cheeks"/faceplate) to the wall on the other side of his head. Did I describe that well enough? I might have to look up the exact second.

Also, does anyone have a link to all that extra information from the logs on the Wiki? I can't find it.

You need to do the suicide mission first. He decided to have one last chat with his sister before passing through the Omega 4 relay.

His mouth didn't look impossibly open to me, but then again, it's not like we've seen a whole lot of turians going postal   It's like his madibles are connected with these extensible metallic things or something?  BTW, I once had a moment where if I moved the camera a certain way, I could look out through Garrus' face and visor.. was on xbox, so grabbed camera and snapped a shot.


It always felt slightly OOC that Saren was all ballistic all of a sudden.  I guess Sovereign is giving him mood swings?

Another thing about Saren - his waist is ... freakishly ... supportive?  He's got a thick waist and slender hips, almost like a human.  Wonder what that's about.

I can't help feel that the Turian Councilor is pissed at you because Nihlus was his son, and he feels as though you killed him by way of negligence back on Eden Prime. I mean, they both have the same face paint....

Just a thought.

Guess the geth fail to appreciate the aesthetics of the turian form... *sigh*
