Saren is a prettyboy? xD I don't see it... maybe without all the metal, the cracks in his faceplates, and the evil stare.
Ah, but what beautiful faceplates he
I don't like his butt though.
ME1 Garrus is probably the most "pretty" turian I've seen. He was the youngest with smooth faceplates, and a lot of cute expressions.
Yep, Garrus has such cute expressions! He's the cutest. But the more I look at Lorik Qui'in, the more handsome he looks to me. More of a mature, severe look, but I love that slightly patriarchal air he's got.
Ugh, I wish these forums had a "preview" button

On the one hand, Garrus shirt. On the other hand, it looks a little too unprofessional--that red color is overwhelming. Plus--it's just his face. That's...underwhelming?
I would prefer something more like this:
with his sniper rifle in tow.
Or maybe something more like squidbunny's art? I'UNNO.

I think all turians look really cool. In an unbaised opinion, not choosing my favorite turian for everything, Li probably has the cutest smile when Shepard asks him about his job. His mandibles just flare out the whole time he's talking. xD I like Lorik too. MainShep wanted to sit down and talk when he offered. Lorik's one of the friendliest turians in-game, especially towards a human (and a Spectre, which most people on Noveria had a problem with).

I like Saren's "side-fringe."It's awesome, and was also modified somehow - possibly to reattach and hold them in place like his jaw and mandible implants seem to do. It makes me wonder about what happened.

Li's mandibles!
And Lorik is, like, the Sean Connery of turians. Awesome mix of friendliness and gravitas.
I didn't even like him that much first time around, but now I feel like he's turianness incarnate.
That said, it's Garrus that I love.<3

That's the first thing I thought about Lorik when I met him back at ME1.

Lorik = the Sean Connery of turians?
Saren's my favorite character.
@Bill569: JulianP made the Sean Connery comparison, not me. xD I think it's a brilliant idea though.

That would be soooo cool. That aura of competence and responsibility must have come from somewhere. Bet he has a few stories to tell about his youthful exploits or training. He seems simultaneously upright and cunning. Lorik the raconteur for ME3!

There is also a discouraging implication in the summary about Garrus that he'll never reach his full leadership potential while he's being overshadowed by Shepard. However, the Shadow Broker DLC gives me hope that they can sufficiently include a character even if they're not a permanent team member.
Oh no! That really sounds like a hint that he might not be on the squad next time around. Grr, my Shepard is *not* overshadowing him! It's not like Garrus would sit still for a normal career while Shepard is out dealing with Reapers. But maybe after it's all over, they can both get jobs with normal hours on the Citadel or something ...
Not having Garrus around would feel like a Virmire. Please don't take him out of my squad!
One must keep in mind that this is the Shadow Broker's opinion, which does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the writers.
Considering the popularity of Garrus/Tali outside of the fandoms, I'd say those two are going to be male/fem squadmate constants.

Totally agree. I just can't see either Shep or Garrus feeling particularly frisky, now. Her crew's just been taken and he just found out his mother can't be treated. So... go shag? And frankly, comfort would take a bit more than 2 hours.
And if it's after... what, there was nothing more than inter-species' awkwardness and he wrote his sister to get it out of his head?
Did you read the 2nd dossier?

Last mail message received before Omega 4 relay jump:
Mr. Vakarian,
On behalf of the Helos Medical Institute, I would like to thank you for your efforts. It has been understandably difficult to get Collector tissue, given the sensitive situation on the human colonies, so the samples you sent to us have been extremely helpful. Please also offer my sincere thanks to Dr. Solus--I understand he made some calls to the Special Tasks Group, and as a result, our corporate clearance was upgraded.
Your concern about the Corpalis Syndrome is well-founded. While rare, it's an ugly disease. The neurological degeneration is both difficult to witness and nearly impossible to halt. We are in fact working on some test trials for a new treatment, and I believe that with our new STG clearance, we can get all fees for the trial members waived as a governmental cooperation effort with the Turian Hierarchy.
Thank you again for your assistance. Donations like these help keep us running. Per your request, we will keep your donations strictly anonymous.
Sincerely,
Dr. Jelith Kieron
Helos Medical Institute
My opinion of Garrus just skyrocketed after reading that. Behind the scenes he made sure that his mother DID get treatment.
That's an experimental treatment, it sounds like, and nothing definite. It MAY help.
So yeah... she's still incurable.

I think Julian's 12 yo friend who drew the Garrus pic could come up with a better design than that.
Oh cool! I'll have to tell him that!
I liked the sniper rifle pose too, but I wouldn't like that background on a tee, and Garrus' hips looked too slender. But then again, it's not like I can draw any better...

I doubt Garrus and Tali are going to leave Shepard right before the Reapers attack. If Garrus became a Spectre at the end of ME3 after saving the galaxy, that could be cool.

I know, he needs some emotional stability first. Garrus is the kind of guy who just bottles everything up, yet inside he's trying not to fall apart.Mr.BlazenGlazen wrote...
