My "hopefully a Conrad moment" would be an N7 mission where you go into a warehouse and find a bunch of mutilated merc bodies and notes about a psychopath invading them, then at the end of the mission path you find Conrad.

But then there was Garrus, and he was like "Just like old times, Shepard," and I was like, "I know, right?" and then I pinched him and he spilled his drink and we all laughed.

Haha, and that would be a great little nod to DA:O's Sandal, I approve +15.

I'm wonderng how Bioware will handle the advertising (trailers, posters, etc) for ME3.  Being that only the new characters were featured in the ME2 commercials, I wonder if we'll actually get to see the entire gang in a CG trailer?  I know that they all could technically be dead, but I think they could still include them while keeping their status ambiguous; it could be a shot of the whole squad standing there and then maybe covering them up in shadows with some sort of voiceover ("You have you team, Shepard") which could insinuate that some are not necessarily alive...gah, I ramble.

Anyways, this is what I am wondering since I want some CG Garrus!  Or Garrus anything, really...he still doesn't have his own tab on the ME2 website!  :(

I'd love to finally see Garrus and Tali in a FFTL esque trailer for Mass Effect 3.

And Jacob.

Haha, poor Jacob. I'd blame the demand for T&A in trailers in being the reason behind the lack of Jacob, but seeing as the Blur trailer featured Grunt and Thane mostly... /shrug
And I suppose, technically, if you pause the trailer just right you can get a glimpse of Garrus on TIM's screen dossiers.

Garrus definitely admires Shepard, and I think he idolizes him/her to a certain extent... he's just not a total fanboy about it. xD Conrad acts like he just wants to go out one day and suddenly reach Shepard's level of awesome, while Garrus wants to be on Shepards team and learn a few things from him/her on the way to reaching that level of awesome.

Conrad as the crazy pilot from Independence Day who was really right all along? xD I can see him doing that, actually.

If it's a male Shepard, then there is no stronger bromance. Like the bromance is so strong, that if Shepard and Garrus fistbump, then a thousand Batarian slaver ships explode in a wave of awesome. If it's femshep, then it's sort of like the tali romance beginning with maleshep, with the "dashing young space hero"sort of thing. BUT IN A TOTALLY MANLY GARRUS WAY.

Conrad is a character that makes me a little sad, as obsessive as he was, he was really distraught that Shepard died. He's a fan who takes things a bit too seriously, I see a little bit of myself in him.
I certainly know if I where to see Garrus on the street I would ask for a picture and autograph too.
Maybe he can just sign my lithograph...

Heh, when I saw your post, I thought of the picture of the Conrad look-alike, in N7 cosplay armor, standing in a hotel corridor, that I saw in the Motivationals thread.  I looked for it on Google but didn't find it, and got as far as sifting through the Motivationals thread to page 56 before throwing in the towel and giving up on finding it, and posting it here with some kind of (supposedly) witty comment.
Which of us is more pathetic, the Conrad guy, or me for doing all that?  Please, please do not answer that.

Oh, and Garrus.  I'm definitely obsessed with that guy.

"Fun and lightness", huh? Makes me wonder what kind of antics the ME3 crew will get into.

EDI: Shepard, I have detected a fleet of Reapers heading for the Citadel.

SHEPARD: I smell a roooooooooad triiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip!

As long as there's a scene set to the Benny Hill theme with the Normandy, the Reapers, and the Alliance fleet chasing each other back & forth throughout the mass relays.

If Shepard gets to smack the turian councillor on his bald head rapidly and then run around in a circle in her underwear, make it so!! :P

I hope we run into Conrad again.

Only to see he has assembled his own squad of incredibly inept experts with a weird alternate version of Garrus.

this has undeniable hilarity potential. :P

Conrad accidentally saving Shep's life in ME3 by doing something incredibly stupid would be hilarious.

As does this. :wizard:

I'm glad Garrus keeps winning these polls. It bodes well for ME3. And it's fun to gloat. That too.

It is always nice to see that most of my favorite characters always wind up in the top six.

I think it's good empirical evidence that Garrus is universally accepted as one of the coolest video game characters to date. Hey, if not, why would so many people like him? ;)

Kron Harga (slaver)

-Gunshot wounds (all extremeties and primary organs)
    -Rifle butt fracture to face
-Third-degree burns to most of body (explosive crate)

Was just looking over the SB files...I wonder...I can't be the only one who finds the idea of Garrus going toe-to-toe with a krogan, and coming out on top, to be very...impressive.

...Is it getting warm in here, or is it just me?

Lol, saw that one coming. (D'oh and again) Hmmm...My mind is currently unsure whether to take it a good way or a bad way. But something tells me Garrus always comes out on top.

...I'm bad. XD

That being said, here is a question.

When Garrus is "Calibrating" with Shep do you think he prefers the bottom or top bunk, as it was?

Hmm...two type A's wrestling for the top bunk...? Maybe they'd take turns sharing. :P

I would think his preference would be for the top bunk, though.

I'm going to say that it is probably the only time Shepard wouldn't mind "bottom."

[It can be argued that you have more control on bottom for most positions.]

ALSO
I recall someone mentioning Beauty and the Beast with the past few pages and yet no one posted THIS:

Well, if he can take out a krogan toe-to-toe, I guess it gives an advantage in those negotiations too.

Not only did he take on a krogan toe to toe. He fractured its face with the butt of his rifle. That's awesome.
