Just delurking to say that Garrus is awesome... and speaking of his visor, has anyone done any fanart of Shepard wearing it? I think it'd make a pretty funny comic. Maybe Garrus is sleeping and Shepard tiptoes off to put on the visor and he catches her. XD
Yes!

I guess that...extra space for their backs would make it...very baggy on a human. I don't know, I always thought girls wearing their boyfriends' shirts was cute...not necessarily partical, but yeah.
As for the question regarding Garrus and Solana, I would have to guess that he's the younger of the two. Sol seemed very...worrisome, on top of things, at the beginning of the conversation. Being the eldest sister myself, I feel it more typical for the older sibling to be asking questions, wanting to have a full grasp of the situation, and the youngers ones unintentionally cause grief. Seems like a younger thing to go about and not...check in as much as parents or older siblings would like them to.

I'd love to see a ME comic based around Garrus' exploits as Archangel. Aria and TIM have got a comic for themselves, I think we need an Archangel comic that goes up to the point where his squad is killed and when he meets Shepard. That would be a great read.
Also, random comment about Garrus and Sidonis - I'm basically the opposite, and doubt I'll ever manage to let Sidonis live. xD Most of my favorite characters like revenge, I've noticed. (Of course, everyone here probably knows Saren and Garrus are favorites of mine.)
As for Garrus being the older or younger brother, I have no idea. I always got the feeling that Saren was the younger brother though, not that there's any evidence to support that theory.

Can't be buds - they'd have to be identical and the same sex as their parent (and I'm not going down the other road since it's been done already:P)

I'm actually very curious where BW might take this particular decision, and I wonder if there will be a meaningful impact in ME3. I have another save lined up where I can kill him off, but my primary save does have Sidonis still alive.

He apparently knew all their names, but I don't know what kind of leader he was. I imagine it'd be hard to be...one of the guys, an equal, if they didn't even know who he was. So yes, I'd love a comic about that story arc. That's something I'd actually buy.

@LessThanKate: When the wife of a guy on Garrus' team e-mailed Shepard, I think she called him by name. It might have meant they didn't know he was the same Garrus who fought in the Battle of the Citadel.

Something I was always curious about with Garrus's time in Omega...in the first part of the recruiting mission, one character...don't remember which, I think it was that salarian who lead Eclipse...said even his team didn't know who he was. Did he go by another name, did they only know him as "Archangel"? Of course, for all we know, Garrus could be a very common turian name and none of them ever thought he was that Garrus. Maybe he did go full-on Batman and had the helmet on at all times, so he was just this mysterious figure--more of a symbol than a person.
He apparently knew all their names, but I don't know what kind of leader he was. I imagine it'd be hard to be...one of the guys, an equal, if they didn't even know who he was. So yes, I'd love a comic about that story arc. That's something I'd actually buy.
I can imagine he just showed up one day and started ruining theirs, without dropping a name or even a single word of warning or introduction. I could see them going about their "business," and then BOOM chaos. They might have started out cocky. "Oh, who is this trying to take us on?" Then Garrus would have systematically kicked their asses only to disappear without a trace. They might have sent out feelers, tried to dig up as much info on him as possible. Who he is, is he part of a rival gang, what does he want...that sort of thing.
Of course, they are unsuccessful. Gradually he gains more followers, gradually the gangs become more desperate. Locals notice his good deeds, slap a nickname on him, and it spreads like wildfire.
Reason I don't think Garrus gave a name: Giving ANYTHING is like handing them a business card with info. I don't think Garrus would see any reason to give any hint at all as to who he was...probably would see no purpose to it. He was there to wipe them out, not have them write his biography.
Granted, all this is pure, unadulterated speculation on my part. In short: BW, please make a graphic novel of Garrus' exploits post-Shepard's, ending with him rejoining Shepard's team. Perhaps give us some insight on his thoughtprocess while first waking up on a Cerberus vessel, about to visit Shepard. Granted, that would have to be handled delicately so as not to "canonize" Shepard, but with careful wording, scene design (maybe Shepard is wearing a full suit of Kestrel armor to hide their gender while on Omega, if they're shown at all), or jumping certain scenes, it can be done.

Ah right, "Take care of Garrus", I liked that one, too. Bit of a contradiction with the quote I recalled...unless she...found out through Aria or something.
Come to think of it, Sidonis knew his name too, didn't he? Hmm...maybe he didn't discuss his adventures with Shepard...you'd think something like that would travel fast.
I'm sure you've thoroughly discussed Sidonis, whether or not he deserved another chance, whether or not cowardice can be forgiven. I can see both sides...I just wish I could've discussed the outcome with Garrus once it was over. I mean, Miranda's post-loyalty discussion was different depending on whether or not she spoke with her sister, let her kill Niket, etc...feels cheap. Like they cut corners.

I just can't let Garrus kill Sidonis so I'm really hoping that Sidonis will come back and do something epic to atone for how he screwed over Garrus in ME2. I kind of think he will since he did try to turn himself in after you let him go. Maybe he'll convince the Turian councilor that Reapers are real (that would be epic :-P)
As much as i would love something like that, i doubt we will see more then just an email or small conversation.
Or maybe he'll have joined Conrad Verners merc squad.

*spoilers*
Liara asked about Garrus!!! "Arms of a turian" squeeeeee! Also the snarky "EVERYONE finds the asari attractive" made me LOL it's like she said what I thought. That whole scene was just so cool, now if only shepard could speak to Garrus like that then I'd be sooo happy. I don't mind liara , after this I liked her more but she's just a mate to my shepard so all that hugging and hand holding was a bit wasted on her

I would have liked Shepard to have a longer conversation with Garrus about his time on Omega, and that e-mail. I expected Shepard to have the option to bring it up or not... or, as my Shepard would have done, talk with him about it without letting him know an e-mail from the guy's wife brought on the conversation. He really needed a "what happened is not your fault" talk, similar to the conversation Shepard had with Kaidan/Ashley after Virmire about dealing with squadmate death.
Also, how does everyone get Shepard's e-mail address? xD I mean, that random killer who escaped from Purgatory could know some of my Earthborns, but the others?
