I'm not saying that I don't like it, I'm saying that it gets a bit tiring after seeing that every sex scene is pretty much the same. That everyone just assumes that it's like that. Oh and then we have the primal instinct sex. It's hot, but then it bugs me that its like "oh it's hidden deep beneath him, the predator within him." Sheesh, it's not like humans turn into monkeys everytime they have steamy sex.

I think it's more like an effort to differentiate it from "normal human" sex.  It has to be different and more primal since your partner is very much not human, right?

You guys do have a point about the werewolf thing. However i do think that since he is an alien, the sex should be different is some way. I don't know how it should be, but there has to be something there that is totally weird to make things interesting.

Out of curiosity, to anyone who's read Shepard/Thane fics, are there similar quirks in the steamy parts there?

Nope. Thane's more vanilla, that I've read. Except for Shepard hallucinating in the middle because she licked/bit/kissed him.

Well I've only read one shep/thane fic, it was maleShep and Thane and I believe a "Probing Uranus" joke was made during it so it probably wasn't meant to be serious. Anyway, nothing seemed paticularly alien about it.

Short answer: biggest bunch of crazy bastards this side of an asylum.

Anyway.  Garrus!  Sialater's right, turians in general do seem to get more of the kink.  Not just Garrus.  The turian stuff on the kink meme's definitely more...colorful.  Maybe because they look the most "alien" out of the ME aliens?  They DO look kinda dangerous and predatory, that's probably a factor too.

As hot as animalistic behavior can be in Turian kinks...I just do NOT get the howling thing. So lump me in with you guys wondering where the werewolf-like nature is coming from.

As for the WBC? Their protests usually result in them filing lawsuits against negative reactions towards them. As if they needed more reasons to be hated. But...I shouldn't get into this nor how silly it is to align yourself with a political party solely because of an ignorant news network.

Hm, I'm pretty sure that he has a line there. He must have. After the cutscene was Jack's portrait on the left or right? If it's on the left then that means that the game keeps randomly picking her. But if it's on the right then that means something is seriously wrong because the person on the left is supposed to say that line. Hopefully Garrus has a line. Most of the time the person in the left slot has the most lines on a mission(sometimes the person on the right says the most lines too but that's rare. Like on the Reaper IFF mission Jack was in the second slot and she said most of the lines). I usually reload the game a couple times to get Garrus on the left side(but I won't do that if I have to keep watching a cutscene) but I noticed that some characters naturally favor the left slot. When I take Garrus and Miranda on a mission no matter how much I reload it's hard to get her out of the dominate spot. But with Grunt and Garrus, Garrus almost always is in the dominate spot without any effort. This is just stuff I noticed.

Right, I just redid LotSB. This time I brought Tali and Garrus with me. Tali commented on the bombing, but afterwards it was Garrus portrait that was to the left, so I seriously don't think they had any dialogues for Garrus in this DLC.

Yeah that's what I meant. So far I've had Thane, Tali, Jack, Grunt and even Kasumi comment, but no Garrus even though I always bring him with me

Well if he isn't recruitable and is doing work to help Shepard with the Reapers from a different position, I would at least like the option to continue the romance. No DLC like with Liara, but actual in-game romance.
