See, I was spoiled like just about everyone else and knew Garrus was Archangel.  I kinda wish I hadn't been so spoiled, but spoilers are like crack to me, so weaning myself off them will be next to impossible.  Might be able to steer clear of major plot spoilers for ME3 though.

I was totally unspoiled, but figured out Garrus = Archangel when I was talking to that one batarian dude who mentioned he was a turian.  I put that together with his dossier, and bingo! :wizard:  So it wasn't too bad a spoiler, after all, if a dim bulb such as I could figure it out before he even took off that helmet. ;)

When did we hear about Garrus' sister??

Here read this.

Awww, how did I miss that?  :wub:

Reading his convo with Solana...He's awesome.  I just want to give Garrus a big hug. ;n;

Heehee, don't know about the "glorious leader" part.  I think it was more that I was one of the louder drooling, raving Garrus loonies. XD

I'm not sure that I'll be able to resist ME3 spoilers.  Yeah, maybe there might have been more fun waiting until ME2 was in my hands and I discovered Garrus...but there's something to be said for the fun of devouring every released morsel and tid-bit of info dropped by BW and running wild with an emotional rollercoaster and various theories of what will or will not happen. :lol: I don't think I could give that up.

Yeah...the hype is half the fun.  It really is like crack--bad for your mental stability, filled with crazy, and impossible to quit :D

And yukidama, now you get to experience it for ME3!  Lucky you :lol:

Hah! Let the madness begin. We've less than a year to go, guys...time to get warmed up and ready. Here's hoping he's back in ME3 as a squadmate and won't be killed off or something. D;

I love his dossier. It made me really sad about his situation with his mom though.

I wasn't around before ME2 was released but I remember I first learned that I could romance him when Kelly said "You two would make a great couple". This was my face Posted Image. Then I double checked on the gamefaqs to make sure it was possible and after that I kept having dreams with Garrus in them Posted Image.

Heh, when I heard Kelly say that, my reaction was a wistful, "Yeah, I wish, don't rub it in!"
Imagine my epicface when it actually ended up happening :o

I'm jealous, you lucky son of a gun.  I've never had Garrus dreams :crying:

Optimism, Glorious Leader!  Optimism this time around!  Last time we were convinced he was dying, or he had some horrible disease, or he wasn't an LI, or god knows what else.  He's fine...only stopped a rocket with his face :?  Optimism for ME3!

Great :crying: Haha, as soon as I finished ME2 the first time I was like "Crap. I waited so long to play, why couldn't I wait just a bit longer til ME3 was out?" That was my original plan, but boredom compelled me. But that would have meant another year without Shepard and Garrus and ME, so yeah. At least the crazy speculation time should be over for DA2 soon, and I'll have a nice distraction during crazy speculation time for ME3  :P

I might have to jump on the "tantalizing tidbit train" for ME3, instead of going dark. XD

In all my obsession, I have had but one Garrus dream.  I got to snuggle against a shirtless Garrus.  It was epic.  It was also far too short and I will forever curse my alarm clock. D<

I have vowed to be more optimistic this time around.  But I can't help but remember that BW likes to twist its fans around from time to time and make us suffer.  They DO feed off our tears, after all.

Riding the tidbit train is much like riding a rollercoaster into a dark tunnel...and this tunnel is composed of many drops and turns and twists.  You never know where you're going, you can't quite see the light at the end, though at times you catch glimpses, and you're never alone.  Lots of fun. :lol:

I don't get the dreams that much anymore though. On my first playthrough I had them every night and maybe shortly after I finished the game but now it's rare that I get a Garrus dream. So when I'm really addicted to games I dream about them. I remember I kept having Alistair(I don't like him anymore) dreams on my first playthrough of DA:O.

That's mostly Gaider :D  And although I love his writing, I also thank my lucky stars he's not on the team for ME3.  There's only so much NOOOOOOOOO I could take.

As am I.  I am still turian-dream-free. :(
You know what I dreamed last night?  That Hannibal Lector was my next-door-neighbor, and he wanted to kill me.
Turians =  MUCH better. lol

Lol. Well most of my Garrus dreams I forget them the moment I wake up so it doesn't help that much.

You know.. 2011 is going to be one heck of a speculation year though, with both DA2 and ME3 plus DLCs for both. I'm not sure if I can handle being optimistic that both Varric and Garrus will be LIs but I am *pretty* sure they wouldn't kill off Garrus (at least, not early on) since they could have really done that in ME2 but didn't. He's already had his brush with death, time for someone else to have a turn.

I tried it, once, but almost fell out of bed instead.  I find non-lucid dreaming is safer for me. *nods*

Now...if I could corner Garrus in dreamland again...then I might reconsider...  :innocent:

This does not reassure me. D; Oops, there goes my optimism. XD

I continue to hope we won't lose Garrus. :3

Rob, the one time I tried lucid dreaming, I dreamed that I was painting a billboard.  And the only things I could change were the speed of my brush strokes, the height of my seat, and the color of the paint.

...I think I'll let my subconscious handle things from here on out.  At least every night's...unique :whistle:
