Sidonis now owes Garrus (and therefore, my Shep) a favor, let's just put it that way. A big honkin' favor.
A puppy. Or a tiara. Or a puppy wearing a tiara!

It'd better be a puppy made of tiaras, or a tiara made of puppies. Or a whole crapload of chocolate, to which the Reapers are conveniently deathly allergic.Sable Rhapsody wrote...

Just watch, that tiara will start to glow and the puppy will say, "ASSUMING DIRECT CONTROL."

ZOMG. Sidonis is a Reaper in disguise! ZOMG GUYS
Also, Kim, thanks for the puppy nightmare fuel. The next time the neighbor's puppy turns up on our doorstep looking for attention, that's all I'll be able to think about

Okay, I don't really believe that... but I do think it's more like a 50-50 chance of Sidonis actually doing something to help. Sparing someone's life doesn't always make them do a good thing, even if they choose not to do another bad thing. And if Sidonis was intimidated by mercenary groups, I find it hard to believe that he would be much help against something powerful and terrifying like the Reapers.

I just have to say, though it's already been said before:
"If you were turian, I'd be complimenting your waist or your fringe, so your, uh... hair... looks... good... and your waist is... very supportive."
The comic rendering of female turians has to be an error. They look awful without the fringe anyway.
I don't think that line contradicts the design in the comic. In fact, that bit of the romance dialogue got a whole new meaning and is brilliant in hindsight =D
Shepard: Wait, turian women don't have fringes.
Garrus: Yeah, but hair is kind of like a fringe, right?
Shepard: So you're saying that if I were a turian, I'd look like a man?
Garrus: Errr... Hopefully that's not offensive in human culture.
Shepard: Calm down, Garrus. You're worrying too much.
Garrus: I knew I should've watched the vids. I thought about complimenting your funny bumps-
Shepard: Whoa. Consider me seduced.
Garrus: - but I can hardly tell that you have any.
Shepard: You're talking too much.

Saleon might've had information. He was obviously selling those organs to someone and she doubted it was all just for the black market.
Heh, Ivy is a renegon. She does believe that you need to sacrifice a life in order to save many more (handed David to Cerberus) but she doesn't believe that vengeance = justice.

Now, I understand that Dark Horse has yet to draw a Turian with 100% accuracy, so it would stand to reason that this may not be how female Turains will appear in the game if they ever do show up.
But now that I've had time to let it soak in I'm liking her design more and more. Sexual dimorphism ho!
My only problem, and you know this has been my problem since the beginning, is that I find her bald green head very off putting, as I'm sure some of you do too.
So I added some tiny fringes just to see if I liked that better.

Turns out I do.
And I'll be very careful this time to not let this become my head canon until I've seen an actual Lady Turian in game. ^^;

I like that better, because she actually HAS a fringe there. In the comic it's just those eye ridges and the diamond in the front and nothing else. They're bald.

I actually hadn't realized that I made it bigger until after I scanned it. ^^;; hehehKim Shepard wrote...
I like that version of a female turian too, and making the diamond-shaped part in front longer than the male's was a nice choice. She looks closer to what I imagined for female turians.
But I kinda like that it came out that way. :3

Ooo, much better. Isn't it funny how little details can make something look either spot-on or really, really off? DH's art for Mass Effect so far hasn't necessarily been anatomically WRONG, but...off. And it makes everything look really weird.
This, incidentally, is why I suck at drawing.

If I could draw that well, I would make my own concept art for a female turian. If I could draw that well and had a lot of spare time, I would make a comic to correct everything wrong in Genesis. Unfortunately, that's not going to happen. xD
A little bird tells me you'd also draw a lot of adorable Sarens

And now I have an idea for a ME1 interactive novel style youtube video with comic scenes, telling the real story, all set to the soundtrack. o_o

Saren as a councillor is an interesting thought. Then we would have a Council that actually does something, prepares for the Reaper invasion, and doesn't call Shepard insane.
