Garrus is more like Sten with a sense of humour than anyone else, in fact, he is totally different from all the characters, but with Sten:
Sten: I don't understand, you are a woman.
Garrus: I don't understand. You have funny bumps and no fringe.

Edit: Oh, you are on about Isolde? Well, her voice is sipid too .

Hmm...the Council can be pretty dumb, but that's different IMO from Isolde's particular brand of ass-grabbingly obnoxious.  Having to kill Connor made me feel pretty bad, but it is so worth socking that stupid bimbo in the face to do it.

 Yes. Oh I do hope we'll get to meet her! Judging from the conversation she and Garrus has in the LOTSB files, she has a bit of a temper. It would be awesome if you meet Solana and she and Garrus immediately start to bicker and argue. Then she could tell us what Garrus was like as a kid
