I failed that mission several times because I always get lost in videogames. I actually had no idea there was a dancing turian until it was posted here. And it's such an awesome dance too. I hope Garrus was watching this guy and taking notes while my FemShep ran around trying to find the right path.

FemShep doing the Shepard shuffle while Garrus doing the techno turian? I don't know if the universe can take that much awesome. They could have a dance off with the Reapers though.

I think Shepard should learn the techno turian too. Her dancing makes Garrus feel kind of awkward... at least, that's my theory after spending quite a bit of time in Flux trying to position Shepard so it looked like she was dancing with/for Garrus, and all he did was shift uncomfortably and look away. It was hilarious.

Shepard needs to get more skill before Garrus will dance with her (or maybe he's just as bad).

But I suppose an actual montage, like with Dragon Age, would have been cheesey and have made me angry, or scared me for life. So maybe somethings are best left for the imagination.

I was disappointed too. But yeah, the DA montages were pretty bad so maybe we were lucky:)

I've played twice so far and I have yet to see said dancing turian! I will have to look out for him on my current game.

Yeah, that turian is a really good dancer. I think I was a little amazed that they managed to make a turian dance so well without looking awkward. Now more turians should follow his example in ME3. Most importantly, Garrus. Bring back the option for Shepard to dance with the character he/she romanced.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's tried to get Shepard to dance with her team mates. I tried with Thane, when he does that zoolander thing, but he kept running away.



I bet Garrus is a really good dancer, just because you wouldn't expect it. He can head-shot and bust a move.

Garrus is the kind of guy who I think would be able to dance really well, but mess up in front of Shepard when he's a little nervous about trying to impress her. And then when she's trying not to laugh, he can make a joke about her dancing. xD

I haven't tried it in ME2, but if you want your Shepard to dance near Garrus in ME1, it's best to corner him against a wall. If he has space to run, he'll run.

I think that's par for the course for Garrus in general when it comes to Shep.  He's badass, snarky, and cocky Mr. Awesomepants until he hits the romance dialogue, when he gets all stumbly.  D'AWWWWW

That's how I came up with it, applying how Garrus acts in the romance to dancing.

And now, because I've been watching the techno turian dance many times, I'm trying to imagine Saren dancing. And other turians (his brother, Nihlus, Lorik, the councillor looking at them like they're all insane, etc). My Shepards too. The results are a mix of hilarious and adorable.

A dancing councilor would be so much win cookies. No matter what my sheps do, he disagrees with them. He has a very strong will and air quotes. It would be nice to know that he just wanted someone to grove with. Saren would serve all of them in a dance off. Him with a geth dance troop with a Reaper D.J.



Kinda on a side note. What kind of music do you think Garrus would be into? I know in the Shadow Broker files he has a song list, which makes him so much cooler. But what of todays music? I imagine him liking Linkin Park, I don't know why. The song remind me of him. Especially points of authority.

This needs to happen. There should be fanart, or something. It made me think of the "Santa Saren" picture with geth reindeer.

I like Linkin Park, so I'm going to agree with that comparison. I think Saren would like the turian version of Disturbed, and it's not just because I'm biased. xD The songs remind me of him.

No competition, really. I imagine most of us here would just ignore the asari and stare at the turian. Those of us with gaming PCs and tech skill would record the whole thing, post it on youtube, and then post it here. xD

I think Garrus is a power rock kind of guy. I can totally see my ManShep sneaking Bon Jovi and "Eye of the Tiger" and Journey songs onto Garrus's battle playlist. Also, my ManShep would totally challenge Garrus to a future Rock Band match.



Can't you just see the two of them belting out "Wanted Dead or Alive" at the top of their lungs in the cargo bay, with Kasumi laughing her ass off at them, Legion utterly confused, and Tali facepalming?

Yea Saren and Disturbed go together. Paper cut by LP suites him too,with the Reaper indoctrination.

I like pairing songs with characters. I would love to make videos but i play x-box. I also think Twilight by Vanessa Carlton suites Garrus and FemShep, and Devil on my Shoulder by Billy Talent.

Yeah, Sable, I can see your ManShep dragging the crew along to play Rock Band. xD The poor crew. But it's no worse than my Shepards dragging them to Dark Star for karaoke (and only a few of them are good singers).

First thing that came to mind when turian dancers and tips were mentioned -

MainShep: *stares at Saren*

@pumpkinpirate: Same for me, I'd like to make music videos for the characters, but I play on the Xbox. I have them all planned out too. I even gave Saren and MainShep their own song ("The Night" by Disturbed, also because of indoctrination).

Garrus playing a future Rock Band, eh? Well that gives me ideas for my fanfic. My ManShep takes some of them to Wal-Mart and I was wondering what Garrus would be looking at. Guitar Hero or Rock Band suites him. Or maybe he would look for an auto-matic calibrator. But I bet he would be looking at the bra's, cause you know, those funny bumps sure are funny.

I think Garrus and Legion would head straight for the videogames, if they could. And buy some of those gun attachments for the motion controllers. Just imagine the two of them having a shooter competition with Shepard. xD

It would be a close call, those two always take my kills just as I'm about to scream HEADSH-aaa, wtf Garrus! Me before you! Me Shepard, you crew, those are my kills. I always save face and say it was the awesome position I put him in and it counts as mine. If I lie to anyone, might as well be myself.There's something enticing about video game characters playing video games.

Before i go to bed finally, if you can, look up Brandon Keeners FB page under videos, in the first one called Fired, he totally drops an F-bomb. Garrus swearing = eargasm.
