That's the Garrus eye texture pic I was thinking of.

Has it been added to the OP? Because if it has, I totally missed it.
Aeowyn's close-up screenshot of Garrus made me think of something. Can someone post a really close screenshot of Garrus' visor, close enough to "read" the text on it? I want to see if it was possibly written in turian because
[EVOLUTION SPOILERS] Saren's brother speaks with the turian husks - it shows the symbols, and I'd like to know if they're speaking in turian or some Reaper language.

And Saren has blue eyes I think. But I bet you all the money in the world that Kim would know for certain
.
The original color of Saren's eyes (pre-cybernetics) is bright blue, just like his brother and TIM, according to Evolution. To me, the cybernetics seem to be a different shade of blue, one that has some purple mixed in. They look more blue or purple in different screenshots, so I'm guessing it's a mix like Garrus' eyes. Yes, I've stared at his eyes for a long time trying to figure this out. xD

Wait wait.... "Garr garr"? What have you done? My mental image of Garrus, ruined :-(
Just wait, the forums will create a silly, completely non-threatening name for everyone. There's already "Timmy" and "Harby." No idea what they'll come up with for Saren. I kind of nicknamed his brother "Des" though.

Hi Garrus fans, I'm trying determine how a turian would stack up against the other ME races in hand to hand combat and I'd like to ask a question about the Turians' natural/biological advantages. What kind of skin do they have and what would it feel like?
Is it;
1. Soft, squishy and elasitic ours.
2. Hard and smooth yet flexible like leather.
3. Soft underlayer covered by hardend plates, like crocodile/alligator skin
4. Rigid exoskeleton, like a lobster or beetle.
5. Something else.
I would say it's a combination of 2 and 3. The skin that isn't covered by plates still seems to be soft like skin, but thicker than human skin. The plates are hard, but at least some of them (the lips in particular) are flexible enough to move and bend.
