I don't have the screenshot. xD If I remember right, I saw it on the motivationals thread with a "heavy risk, but the priiize" joke in the caption.Obsydian wrote...

and thank you Shadow. i write too (not lately though... the words have dried up), though i haven't tried a mass effect story yet.
also... i got my nails done today.... and i accidentally got them the exact colors of Garrus's armor.

I'm actually flirting with him this play through to get the "cuttlebone" line when I dump him for Garrus.
If you don't always pick the upper-right dialogue choice with him, the dialogue is actually quite charming. Doesn't make me want to gag.

Makes me laugh every time I see it. But now I need to draw us back to Garrus. So stolen from my post on the hipster thread:

Don't worry about napping Garrus. He did it on purpose to avoid becoming too mainstream.

There is a really terrible derp face of Jacob. And an extremely pervy face that Miranda pulls too. But turians don't really get 'derp' faces.
And I too, love your sig snuffles! Garrus makes Shepard smile the most!

It's amusing to think that Garrus would wear reading glasses over his scouter. Still ,it makes him look even more classySpeaking of eye wear, did you guys think the devs left Garrus's scouter on , on purpose during his romance scene or do you think they just forgot to take it off? Also would you like ME3 to have a non-scouter moment for Garrus?
I support its removal if it comes with a removal of his shirt as well. But yeah.. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe he just can't see as well out of that eye? He wouldn't really be Garrus without it, it's just one of his many trademarks.

ya know, maybe he feels more comfortable with it, like some people have a security blanket, and some people have an eyepiece. that moment was awkward enough as it is, so maybe ... it made him more comfortable.
i agree with leonia... i want more shirtless turian love.
and kglaser..... I LOVE YOUR SIG. hehe, 'calibrate me, baby' ....thats hot.

So I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but today I fired up my brand new copy of Dragon Age 2, went to the character customization screen, and BAM! Turian-inspired hairstyle option. I can't post a screenshot now but it's totally fringe-y and awesome. So if you ever wondered what Garrus would look like as a human, well, now's your chance...

(hee hee, sorry, I don't even know what the DA hairstyle looks like, but I couldn't resist, please forgive me)

and oh dear, i'm having this problem with DA2 in that... i haven't yet finished ME2. stupid BioWare... you and you're being enticing. but. there is no sexy turian in DA2... so i think i'm stuck on ME2 for now.

It's pretty much that, maybe a little more unkempt. Also you can add muttonchops that look very mandible-esque.

Please, feel free to use anytime! let's turn it into a meme LOL
And yes, I have similar problems with other games...I bought Bioshock 2 the day after it came out, and what did I do? Replayed ME2! I hear Rapture is similarly turian-free...

I do hope we get to see more turian action in the upcoming DLC, if the rumours about the batarians are to be believed than the human and turian militaries are working together (according to CDN articles) so maybe we'll see some cool stuff (I love how the two species are trying so hard to work togethr after the mishap that was the First Contact War). And if not there.. then maybe we will see homeworlds like Palaven in ME3. One can hope..

Brandon Keener could read literally anything...ANYTHING...and I'd listen until the media upon which it was recorded wore out. I swear to God, I'm serious, his voice is that captivating to me.
Indeed, usually it takes British voices to get me excited but damn. I so hate using that paragon interrupt on Garrus where Shepard tells him to stop talking. SO CRUEL!
