Earthborn Ruthless: Really? You don't want to get up close, kill him once for each member of your team, and watch the light leave his eyes? Well, it's your kill - we'll do it your way.
Garrus: I'm starting to get the feeling you've done this before.
Earthborn Ruthless: I stopped counting after a while.
MainShep was hilarious during that scene though. She looked like she could hardly contain her excitement, and made it really obvious that she didn't come to talk with Sidonis about anything. She was just waiting for Garrus to tell her to move.
@Liec: Poor Garrus. It really does look like his fringe is going through the pillow.

My Shepards are more likely to try talking him into a more personal form of revenge than a simple sniper shot. xD

If only Zaeed was there, he could tell Earthborn Ruthless that he'll be close enough to watch the light leave Sidonis' eyes! xD He scares a lot of people. I guess that should be expected for a guy who can get along with Saren. He's really sweet to his friends though.

Hehe! Garrus' fringe could be used as quite a deadly weapon!
Their claws can definitely be used as a deadly weapon though (and Saren doesn't even cover them with gloves).

aww, lookit the things i miss when i get to work.
cuuute comic.
so .... here's me wondering. if female Shepard sleeps with Garrus... does he wear gloves or something? cause i'm sure those claws are pretty darned sharp.
and to be fair, Kim.... I think a sniper rifle shot would be pretty prsonal for Garrus. You can totally watch the light go out of their eyes through the scope. Also, as a sniper, i'd think that would be the most personal way to do it.... just sayin.

Although, a reverse headbutt would be a most painful thing!
Shepard can handle a little pain in the bedroom
But realistically, I just think Garrus would be very careful.

Yeah, "personal" was just the best word I could think of. From Earthborn Ruthless' point of view though, it's just shooting him quick with a gun - great for killing someone before they kill you, but not so much for a revenge kill that he personally likes to drag out. Sidonis does end up knowing that Garrus is going to kill him and looks afraid because of it, but when he thinks of snipers, he thinks of "shoot 'em dead before they know what hit them." He likes people to know what, and who, hit them if it's a revenge kill. But that's how he got the name "Ruthless." xD In the end, he believes whatever Garrus comes up with is best for him because it's his revenge kill.
A backwards headbutt can come in handy if he gets pinned to the ground with someone behind him, like Desolas was when TIM handcuffed him.Tasha vas Nar Rayya wrote...
Hmm, true, claws would be more easy. And it means that Garrus would have sight in that direction, always a bonus.

but yes, i imagine Shep can handle some pain.
yea, i guess Sidonis may not have known if Shep hadn't told him. And that does make it less personal. but ... thats kinda always been my thoughts on guns anyway. It takes the responsibility out of killing. Its kinda a fair amount easier to do when its not YOU doing it ... it really kinda is the the gun. which is why snipers are a bit more hardcore than just soldiers with M4's. you ahve to actually look the person in the eye before you kill them. they just don't know it.

Oh man, Dragon Age is good but it's very tense. I need to go cuddle with my favorite Turian.
Conversation would go something like this: *DA2 SPOILER HIGHLIGHT TO SEE*
Shepard: Garrus?
Garrus: Yes Shepard?
Shepard: Would you ever trick me into helping you make and plant a bomb and then use said bomb to blow up a church?
Garrus: WHAT? Spirits no!
Shepard: That's why I love you best

^^ this .. yes. its true. I think Justice took over the "reason" spot in Anders' brain.
honestly, I was a Kaidan fangirl to start... allll through ME1. I loved Kaidan. But, Garrus was kinda... always there. they were my boys, I always picked them, right from the start.
And even then ... so long ago, Garrus was right behind me, no matter what. Him being so loyal definitly got me too, Yami.
And now... with what happened on Horizon... Kaidan can shove it. I'll take my turian. He's with me through everything.

This. So much this. I love that they're both all "justice-y" and passionate.... but sanity is good. Definitely a plus.
Though I'm still a Kaidan fangirl, too.

I'm not so sure about this. Every time we see Justice, he's all crazy and yelling. Think about when Karl went Tranquil, and the time in the Fade in Night Terrors. Anders influenced Justice, and vice versa. Of course, there's no doubt the combination of them is certifiably insane.

right. thats what i'm saying. lol. there wasn't enough room in Anders' head for more things... so Justice had to take over some part of his brain at random.
That part just happened to be the reason/cracking jokes/not being emo part.

All I will say is this: I like him better crazy. In my opinion, it's like he went from great to awesome. Sort of like ME1 Garrus went from awesome to ME2 Garrus' even more awesome. But if you look at my group of favorites, and know that I always go the Renegade route for Garrus, this shouldn't surprise anyone.

Garrus is the guy you can always rely on, no matter what. I look forward to a confrontation with Kaidan later where Shepard can point that fact out to him "At least HE didn't leave my side when I needed someone I could trust".

That would be a nice line to have. My FemShep who romanced Garrus was single in ME1, but the FemShep I have planned out for Kaidan's romance does respect Garrus even more as a friend now. (She'll switch to Jacob in ME2, and hope for Kal'Reegar or Joker in ME3. She has really bad luck with men.)

Guys, I think we shouldn't post actual spoilers...
I found this image along with another one that I've posted on the Thane thread.
Posts in this thread are a rarity for me, but I figured that Garrus fans might enjoy this picture (unless everyone already knows about it, in which case I facepalm sincerely).

Yes! Ugh I wanted to punch Kaiden in the face! I played ME2 first and then went back and played ME so Kaiden being a jerk was my first impression of him. Needless to say I didn't romance anybody in ME and just waited for Garrus
I just can't imagine Garrus betraying Shepard for any reason, even without the romance... although that won't stop me from being paranoid that I'll somehow mess things up with him in ME3
*Begin Melodramatic fantasy*
"You're siding with the Reapers? Garrus how could you?"
"Well with all organic life gone I will finally be left to callibrate in peace without you seeing if I have something new to say between EVERY mission Shepard"
"Why!? Oh if only I'd let him be!"
