I hate spoilers. So far, I've been glad to avoid them..

I'd peek at the headlines before ME2 came out, and nearly drove myself crazy with hope for Garrus but tried to keep a level head about it all, cos I still remember being so disappointed he wasn't a Li in ME1 and didn't want a repeat of that feeling. Though I'm glad he wasn't now. This building up of the friendship feels so much better.

I lost my save games when I switched my main hard drive with my secondary drive and upgraded my 32 bit os to a 64, so now I'm desperately trying to play through ME1 and 2 before tuesday. I'm hoping the new dlc will be as good as LotSB was.

I have to say, LotSB was the best DLC I think I've ever seen, and Liara is my least-favorite ME character. So they've got some pretty big shoes to fill, IMHO.

I don't mind Liara, I like all of the ME 1 and 2 npcs, but if you mean on a scale - then yes, she would be at the back.

One thing about replaying ME1; I've got this smug feeling around Garrus; a sort of 'I've seen the future and guess who's forehead you're bumping big guy.'

To clarify: I don't "hate" Liara. I don't hate anyone. But she's dead last for me.
And Garrus = numero uno!

I'm just hoping Arrival won't be anything I care to miss.

Anyway, I'm going to be looking for every ME3 spoiler I can find, especially those related to my favorite characters like Garrus.

I've apparently been very good at avoiding spoilers. I'm playing DA:O, which came out in 2009, and has been all over this website, and somehow I avoided almost everything so far. XD
I just hope I can do the same with Garrus spoilers, and yet still come here...but we will see!

I didn't mean to imply that you were. Sorry for that. I'm past my 2nd night and third day of not sleeping; not counting head desking; I'm still doing ok; scarily so. My eyes aren't even feeling prickly. I am spending way too much time upgrading Garrus' equipment. I should stop that. It's starting to feel like I'm abusing my clairvoyant powers.

The first post does have a note that spoilers (except stuff in the official trailers) should be kept out of the main thread. As long as everyone remembers that, I don't think you should have any trouble avoiding spoilers... on the Garrus thread, at least.

I used to lurk this thread when ME2 came out and everyone was pretty good at not posting spoilers. Everything spoilery was kept to PMs and what was actually posted here was just the pure distilled fangirl squeeing.

Haha, especially when he says " what could a woman do to put you in this state?" to the general. My shepard just smirks and remains silent during that moment but you know she's thinking;

"you will be mine...oh yes, you will be mine"

Lurking here, is how I found out about the latest dlc. I'm ok with reading about new weapons and gameplay, but I really do like to find out about the actual story, in game. Though I'm hopeless when it comes to checking out the love interest threads.

Edit: oh yes.  I always make sure Garrus is with me when we go see the general.

Garrus is with me as much as possible...although I guess there are exceptions.
But I HAD to bring him with me on Mordin's recruitment, just to hear "the line". > hehe

So, Arrival is the last DLC and then we have about a good 9 more months of speculation. *Sighs*

I guess all we can do is read more fanfiction like what we have been doing for the past year or so. I'm actually thinking about giving a hand at it. I know I've tried it once in my blog, but it sort of failed. Lol.
