Anyway, do you think that Bioware will use more from the DA2 structure in concern with Garrus? Meaning, will he have his own room where he sleep and everything on the Normandy, and will he come to Shepard's quarters on separate occassions for some... scenes?

I sure hope so . But nah, as far as I know the crew quarters and sleeping pods are pretty much the closest thing the crew gets to their own room.
On the other hand, Garrus already has the Captains Quarters...
