Do you guys think we'll be getting a new normandy and if so, where do you think garrus will be hanging out? I'm hoping this time we get a different setting to chat to him in.

My guess is that The Normandy gets a little upgrade and rebuilding. I don't mind Garrus staying with the Thanix and perhaps that's more practical from a developer POW. He should decorate it in a turian style though, just because I would like to see how that could look.

Edit: Ooops, top of the page got me. Well then, here is Technoquarians excelent Dextro Ass banner with a little adjustment I hope he wont mind me making:

I thought Turian style was just drab and utilitarian (according to Kasumi, anyways)? I have a feeling that Turian architecture would be rather minimalist.

Yeah, but still, there is a certain turian art and style I would like to see more of. Well more of turians generaly actualy. At least Garrus should deserve a bed somewhere. Oh yeah, I forgot about the bed he have in Shepards cabin.

Shepard's allowed to touch his thanix cannon

*runs away giggling*

Speaking of Cannons, may I ask about your sig? I'm always curious about kissing Turians.

Patrick Weekes, a writer for mass effect wrote;

"Garrus has kind of a warm smoked pine-needle scent, with a hint of mesquite if you kiss him deeply."

on his twitter , he jokes that because he wrote it  that makes in canon

other garrus related tweets include;

"what about sexy nibbling? Just kind of tracing a pattern down his neck and collarbone? That'd be fine."

In response to how you can be intimate with garrus without problems

"you mean imagery of Garrus' sharp teeth raising mesquite-scented goosebumps as they nibble down Shepard's back? "

In response to someone asking him to continue tormenting fangirls with these details

And then this gem came up;

" look, until you've considered how the rasp of a jaw-fringe feels on your belly, you're not a real Garrus fangirl. "

and now recently;

"You know, that head-bump before the fade to black heals his scars in 3."

Oh...oh my. Dammit, we'd better get some codex entries on this stuff, or something just as awesome.

God, I hope he's right about the scars. I was full paragon and I still bought that scar-remover because I thought I could use it on Garrus.

Patrick Weekes is a cruel, cruel man. I already liked the smell of pine- being an outdoorsy guy I guess- but now. NOW. I like it and then some. Also, that last comment...*blubbers* Poor Garr!

lovgreno- that's more than cool :D

Back to an older topic regarding Saren and Shepard...I suppose I just don't understand shipping Shepard x everyone. There are quite a few love interests for him/her as it is, and there are some that make more sense than others; furthermore, I can love/have the hots for a character without requiring my Shep to. (Best example: Saren. I think he's a sexy beast but my Sheps, while having sympathy for him, don't. I'm also a Saren apologist and my Sheps aren't.) To me, consensual or loving Saren/Shepard just warps Saren completely, and what's the point of liking a character if s/he's been drastically changed to suit fandom's needs? Maybe I'm walking into a more RPGish place than my usual fare allows so I'm underestimating the openendedness of the 'verse. And, for whatever it's worth, I'm definitely not against cracky pairings- if anything, I love them. Just ask me about some of mine sometime. I just get twitchy when OTP supporters start claiming that there's canonical evidence for their 'ships, or flirt with the implication that their interpretations of which character is crushing on which is more canon than another.

Or maybe I just don't know how to have fun. I have no idea.

Back on topic: I hope Garrus steals some moves from Techno Turian. This would please us.

What does mesquite smell/taste like? I've never even seen it before.

smokey , mesquite is a form of hardwood that's used for cooking.  The smoke adds flavour.

Anyone else want to go out and pick up some pine-scented candles now? Just me? >_>

I didn't know mesquite was a wood, I just know they use it in some barbecue sauces. So when I read that I thought Garrus' taste = BBQ. lol.

I think Techno Turian should make a return and be revealed as Wilihierax, the groundskeeper who says turians don't dance in a cut dialogue.

So... if there were lots of turians sparring, would they smell like a forest?

I want to be able to dance with him , just like you did with the chubby volus at flux. Even better we be making garrus dance. Would he do it? We already know he listens to music in battle so the guy enjoys music.

I always thought that we was about to start dancing when he played flux music in Shepard's room, so maybe he only needs a litle push to do it :D

I have to wonder about his taste in music though. I mean, he used the Flux song as bow-chicka-wow-wow music. I couldn't continue the scene for a while because I was laughing so hard.

Blame Mordin, I'm sure he was the one who told him to bring wine and choose THAT music :lol:

I think Shepard and Garrus dancing will be the most awkward, hilarious, awesome thing ever. I hope it's in-game.

@Arcian: I couldn't agree more.

I think he only chose it because he saw shep dancing to it in ME1. At the time, he probably watched her and thought "she LIKES this??? humans..." but then used  it in the final romance scene because he thought that's what she liked. He probably didn’t realize it wasn’t appropriate for that moment ,all he knew was that it was the only song he’ d seen shepard enjoy.
