Tbh, if BW gave femShep a titanic-sized rack, female players would gripe about men making female pc's into sex toys. Frankly, I'm glad femShep wasn't given the blow-up doll treatment. 
It's hard to find that in this industry and finding a more "normal" looking female pc is a breath of fresh air.
