Jho's done a lot of great Kaidan art, but yeah. There's really only one Turian head (according to the video anyways) so if you can draw one, you can draw 'em all.

I also like what he said about "hollywood scars". He's still handsome under it all. 

I was so scared that I'd done something wrong on Garrus' recruitment that I went back and zapped the mechanic, even though I play as an uber-paragon. Needless to say, it didn't work.

they are both difficult to draw for me (partly casue I go into super perfectionist mode when trying to draw Garrus - if you could only see how many sketches I've discarded becasue they just weren't right and got too messy from all the erasing.., with Kaidan... I managed to get to shading/coloring stage at which point - still unhappy, but cannot just throw away anymore :/)

Garrus's new look is.. interesting.  but that questionable fan art?  I think I managed to find one image of full frontal relations and it wasn't all that bad, so I don't know what that guy was talking about

That visor only appears on the concept art though. The model has a new visor too, but its very similar to the ME2 one.

The dev in that video was indeed very entertaining. I liked how he admitted that they put way way more thought into Nihlus's design than Garrus. Divorced from their characters, I think I find Nihlis more fundamentally attractive - those green eyes, those light-on-dark markings... ahem. Sorry.

I'm an english lady also which is why I'm SO happy I get to walk around London with gar...eeeee, We're eating pie and mash , reapers be damned. And all the responses to his new look have been very positive, I love it , the chrome, the scars, everything.

If Garrus was a Portal 2 turret, I'm sure you wouldn't be able to just pick him up and have him shut down Hehe.

I don't know about you guys but I am digging the new armor, it's remeniscent of his C-sec armor while still being badass and big like in ME2. And he finally got that darn hole in his suit fixed, which is a real relief.
I really really am still hoping for female turians in ME3.

I love Garrus's new armor. I actually get really excited about the new designs and prefer getting a surprise when I play the game, but as if I couldn't look at a Garrus video. Hmm I will never be 100% on the scars, I'm just glad the plaster is off, not that I thought they'd keep it. And LOL at the devs comments on Fan Art. I hope that means they've seen the "Garrus is Batman" ones lol.

From going on what Garrus said in the romance scene, "supportive waist", I imagine females must have wider waists (and hips) and "nice hair" I imagine females (their fringes) would be more distinct, either larger or patterned.
Really there is some really nice fan art designs online as well they could look at those.
While he was talking in jest, I do hope they come up with something nice, should they be included in 3. If I see anything that looks like the comic images...
The males are so beautiful, I want the women to be too.

Side note: Oh and he (the dev) said, Garrus =  Scars + Visor + Armor, or something like that but his lovely blue eyes are distintive for me too.

This.  Seriously.

It's an alien species.  They could have claimed the females DO look exactly like the males, and just given some of them female voice actors, and it'd all be cool.  But instead, "lipstick, lol."

At least this shows that they are thinking about female Turians. It's not like Salarians or Krogan, where there's extenuating circumstances as to why we never see any women. Female Turians are just as prevalent as males (according to the lore). I don't care what they look like as long as we actually get to see some.
