Yes, please. Except for seeing Desolas, it wasn't really that interesting and it managed to make turians look absolutely ridiculous.

Heyz everyone 1st time poster-long time bioware lurker

I wanna comment bout the turian nuzzling- Absolutely! [& the smooches]
I totally want some Paramour interrupts in ME3!!! Interrupts that you can do only with your LI.

I always pictured this scenario: Imagine with me my fellow Garrus lovers....

Shep goes on a solo mission like the Arrival dlc, telling the team dont come to assist no matter what happens-its too much of a risk and Shep got captured/injured but is still fighting and Garrus comes out of nowhere during the mission to the rescue [possibly with another person or 2]. At the end of the mission- Shep is being examined in the MedBay alone with Dr.Chakwas and Garrus comes in- the doc leaves to give them a moment. After a few exchange of words about the mission-Shep tells Garrus though relieved to be saved, why he didnt follow her orders to stay back. Garrus kinda stumbles on his words but saying what she expected him to do. He lost her once and there was nothing he could do to prevent it, heck-he wasnt even there & it crushed him. With her back, he promised to protect her as best he could. He wasnt going to lose her again.

As he's in the middle of this sentence "I just...well, i wanted to make sure-That...you'd....."*Paramour interrupt* [Shep caresses the sides of his face and leans in for a small brief kiss]
Shep: To make sure I came back to you?
Garrus: ...................yea.

I don't see the forehead plate as 'fringe'. It's their forehead. The fringe to me means the spikes, which bear a closer resemblance to hair and makes more sense when compared to asari tendrils.

Lol...I am thinking I'm the only one in here who didn't hate Evolution.

I posted in Clan V regarding the female turian design and came to the conclusion that the main problem with the artwork was the neck. They're not drawn as long and recurved as in-game turians. In addition, someone posted a 'shopped image of Garrus sans crest/mandible prongs (on LJ) and he looked well enough. If anyone's interested, I can post them after I get home and off of my phone.

It's also possible that the fringe is the shorter spiky bits on the sides of the head and not the ones on top.

I always assumed fringe referred to all of the spiky strands, like a reversal of what it means for humans (and Americans don't generally call it fringe.. they call it bangs). Even the bits on the side are coming off of the faceplate (I would refer to the point where the fringe meets the forehad/faceplate as the "crest" like on a bird). But that's just how I interpreted it.

Also, having finally seen Evolution, I liked it too, mr. quarian.   you aren;t the only one.   Though, I am a bit twitchy on the bald females. i always liked them with the smaller fringe.

I always thought along that idea myself. If the race is suppose to be inspired by "birds" according to the designers, it might it that. In some bird races, they do courtships with admire each others "fringes". even when u look in up it talks about the strands, decorative edges, and such.
I found this : "usually hanging loosely from a raveled edge or separate strip".

And ty Leonia my friends always want me to fanfic i just never have officially XDD

Well, I absolutely love Arcana's idea. That is so sweet. I would quite like it if they had romance specific lines for LI's like they did in DA2. Also the heart icon would be music to Kim's ears. She hates being trapmanced

And I didn't like the turian females lack of fringe, but at least they weren't an overly sexualised race, because that wouldn't have fit in with turians.

And besides, Garrus has all the sexiness from the turians race anyway.

Yeah, I guess you have a point with the asari not having any kind of 'structure' going on around the forehead .-. I still think they could look neat without a fringe if the head was shaped less like a human skull and didn't look as flat, even if it's a little retconnish. Still, Bioware has changed the design of aliens from how they were described in the novels before, so they could still look different ingame.
