I'm fairly certain all the hardened places on a turian are made of a tough carlidge-type material and not actually metal.

And while we're all checking out his neck now.. did anyone else notice the sort of ribbed appearance there? Is that the scarring or has his neck always been like that but was covered up by that neck-seal sort of thing in the past? It's still likely quite nuzzable, just curious if I had overlooked a detail in the past.

I'm pretty sure the rippling on that side of his neck is scarring. It's actually really creatively done, mostly resembling burn scars but with a slight hint of "melting" shapes. The other side of his neck is visible in some of the shots, and it's the same old smoother, darker section with light pebbling.

And yes, I know too much about what various scars look like. I was a pre med student at one point, and I do actually dig scars.

yep, www.phonezoo.com. they have SO MUCH. and they have the ability to create your own backgrounds and ringtones (i dont have a smart phone yet.... so i have to do things this way) I just don't have a way of getting Garrus sound effects.
